Everyone is very friendly and they process mobile orders more quickly than most locations. Unfortunately, the parking lot is a nightmare.
I had never been to Starbucks before. I don't usually eat or drink sugar, and I always hear people arguing over not knowing exactly what and how to order. I was on a date with my husband and wanted to try. I didn't know what to order and I was worried the lady at the counter would be mean about it. She was SO nice and helped me choose what to get. When I was waiting at the end of the counter to wait for our drinks, a woman who had been in line behind me approached me. She said that she had overheard me say that I hadn't been there before and that I just HAD to try their [some kind of strawberry cheese danish type thing, I don't recall the name of it]. She had bought me one, gave me the bag, and told me to wait until I got to where I was going and warm it up for 15 seconds in the microwave. I'm so used to unfriendly people in big cities, I literally started crying at her. She wouldn't let me pay her for it either.
If I may take the time to leave a kind review for the one of the best starbucks experiences. Matthew really went above and beyond, not only for me, but for the customer before and after me. Well deserved and earned recognition ?
The coffee is strong. The coffee drinks are awesome.
