Service was quick. Coffee was ok.
The drinks are great but I wish they better stocked on their food items. If they don't have food available I wish they would take them out of the display case so I don't stand in line thinking about what sandwich I would like just for them to tell me they have none.
Order 5 drinks and had a $15 gift card, the cashier asked me if I had money to pay the difference. I found this question irrelevant and very rude.
They will not scan your Starbucks App. It’s a Starbucks right? When I asked for the reasoning, I was just told- “I don’t know. I just work here.” Then they walked away.
Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Lots of staff, but they all seem to be doing menial tasks (slowly) while there are 10-12 people waiting for drinks and several in line.Edit: the line has gone away, I’m guess people stopped coming since there is a crowd waiting around. Now there are 3 workers standing around while one of them makes drinks
The coffee is so good but the last time I had a paper in my coffee loved it still ?
This was supposed to be a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It had no sweetener. Their prices were higher than other Starbucks as well. Will never go again.
This location doesn’t offer online ordering for no real reason. And the drinks are ALWAYS made wrong or poorly. There are tons of negative reviews for this location and I’m convinced they simply don’t care about their quality of service.
I will negatively rate every Starbucks I encounter until they stop the shady and greedy practice of making you load more money on a gift card than you need to make an online order. Holding customers' money hostage doesn't make them a loyal customer.
