I really don’t appreciate my barista talking negatively about my order or saying there’s better places to try for tea. She said quote “it’s not tea time, we are not in Britain there are better places for tea than Starbucks”I really did not appreciate any of that and it made my Friday afternoon quite unpleasant. By the way the Emperor’s Cloud Tea was great without the bad service.

Got breakfast, caffeine mocha and a bacon and cheese sandwich. Pretty good.
Coffee was good but I couldn't eat the sandwich the cheese sandwich was too hard
Traffic is horrible. Not a good location. No parking and if you do get a spot, you will be trapped there
Starbucks is always good, the lady taking the order at the drive thru was super rude though.
Did a delivery after parking in their lot. Since I saw there was one consistent line going through from May. I thought I had some freedom on backing up with no vehicle there...and then boom! I hit a car that started to create an issue with the drive-thru line. This is ridiculous, the parking layout for this location is a joke. Especially since the person that I had hit, told me she had seen a few accidents happen while she was at this location. This place is a joke and is just begging to get shut down, due to its inadequate parking layout. Now I have to keep on working multiple jobs instead of 1 career job, because of this inadequate location's layout. Thanks Starbucks. Forever disliking this experience because of how selfish the company is.
Apparently there is absolutely no reason to use mobile ordering at this location. Three mornings in a row the time indicated on app was inaccurate by more than 15-20 minutes. Walk ups we’re receiving orders more rapidly.
This location creates some of the worst traffic jams in the city, and the SB fans don't care what dilemma they create.
Love this place i go here everyday for the last 3 years they know me and my husband so good when they here are voice on the drive thru PA they just say goodmorning Danielle and Cody! Are you gonna be having your usual? Pull around...... Lol
