So I'm rating this place a 1 because twice now I've gotten a cappuccino and opened my cup removed the foam to find I paid for half a cup of coffee. This isn't the 1st time at this location which is why I'm leaving a review. Really losing there quality all around. I've been a Starbucks drinker for 20 plus years and now summer moon or scooters will get my business.

I’ve said for years this is the worst location. We just moved back after 3 years and this location is still horrible… we’ve lived in 3 different states and in 5 different cities and this is by far the worst Starbucks. The drinks are trash the customer service is hit or miss. My dad just started drinking Starbucks I told him to avoid this location… but today I didn’t take my own advice…. The drinks were good today but the service trash. I ordered 2 venti cold brew coffees and I asked for water with strawberry flavoring for my toddler. We get to the window and she gives us the two ice coffee drinks and tell us just a moment on the other drink.. the manager or someone comes to the window and is rude and short. And says “we can’t order this drink anymore…. We went ahead and made it but we can’t do it again in the future or we will have to charge you for a latte.” First off this is my first time ordering this drink… secondly who complained about the price? I didn’t ask the price I asked for the drink… either you can make it or you can’t? And if you can just charge me for what the drink cost….. I’m confused as to why she was so snappy at me? But trust and believe I won’t be back…..

I was very nice and asked for light ice and 5 strawberry inclusions on my drink. The drink was almost 7 dollars, and I only got a few little strawberries...and regular ice. I don't usually complain, but if a drink is 7 bucks, it should ne made correctly. The barista ignored me when I asked for strawberries, like, blatantly ignored me. I said it twice. Oh well I guess.

I have really never had any issues with this Starbucks I come here every single day they’re usually super nice and as quick as they can be with how long their lines are but the older woman working the drive-through this morning needs to be taught customer service skills. SO RUDE!

Woke up "on the wrong side of the bed". Needed me some Starbucks to start my work day off well. A little disappointed that the night crew didn't complete their job with making espresso because my drink of choice is an iced vanilla latte. I didn't have the extra 15mins to wait but the barista was sweet! It was unfortunate I was stuck with a drink I didn't enjoy.

I don’t know what it is about THIS location but they always seem to forget the Caramel on the beverages. They charge you the extra $.60 for the caramel but you never receive it!It gets pretty frustrating when you drive away and have to turn around to add what they seem to always forget. I escalated to talk to a manager and they didn’t care and they said there is nothing can do but fix it.They just need to do better because their mistakes cost people time and gas!

Can we get more oatmilk, brown sugar and cinnamon in the brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos? Im sorry but this is dark and bitter. I’m not the type to send a drink back so I am going to Nichols hills location to pay for another b they made it creamier the other day and I trust it will be better. If you’re low on oat milk I would prefer to change my order or get soy milk.

A rare miss for chick fil a. I have been in this line FOR-EV-ER. *update* The line was getting really confusing so I called in there to inquire, and guess what?! THE GIRL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. It pains me to do it, but one star Chick-fil-A!

The Starbucks at Rockwell and Hefner is my favorite Starbucks. They are all friendly and take good care of me. It is always clean and even when they are super busy like red cup day they keep it clean and organized and running smoothly as it can go when you get overrun with so many people just wanting the red cup. I feel so welcomed when I walk in and they all say Hi Kristi!! (Kind of like the show Cheers only this is a coffee bar). I feel bad I don’t know all of their names as well as they know mine and my order. I even have had the store manager and one of the employees on different occasions see me out in public and come up and say Hello. So a HUGE shout out to all of you at this Starbucks location!!

Drive-through convo at 8:29 tonight:"Welcome to Starbucks. What can I get for you.""Hi, give me just a second.""Just so you know, we close at 8:30."Seriously? I can't take 30 seconds to ask my kid what she wants, because somehow, magically, his machine won't take my order when the clock strikes 8:30? Is this really the line in the sand they want to draw? You don't get a tip when there's no order, kid.
