Stopped here because Torchy’s next door doesn’t serve coffee. Asked for no plastic, cashier didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for so explained I did not want a lid or stopper. Said okay then handed me my coffee with a plastic lid.
one of the drive thru employees, i believe their name was owl(?) absolutely saved my life this morning and deserves the entire world and more!!! all of the employees here are incredibly kind, but they totally made my whole day. thank you again, owl!!!!

They always get my order wrong every time. I order the macha Frappuccino with almond milk and several pumps of classic syrup and NOPE they seem to never add the classic syrup. I order this same drink at a different Starbucks and they get it right but never here. It's so disappointing waiting in that line to just have my drink not what I ordered. I haven't been back!!!!
My daughter loves Starbucks so as a treat I take her there, the staff was friendly and patient with my daughter.
Very fast service when walking in. My husband asked for a little cream in his Americano and I guess they have to pour it for you… One person’s “ little “ might be different from yours! He got too much so she gave him some extra drip coffee to pour into it per his request. Nice people, and my latte was great!
Always a pleasant stop here. Great service and great coffee.
My daily stop it grows into an addiction and I love their cups I have about 80 cups that I don't use that I get with my points

As busy and hectic as this place is they are pretty efficient with getting you some amazing drinks.
