Impolite barista at the drive thru window. I say thank you for the drink, she says, aha. I’d askedfor a sweetener with stir stick and napkin at the speaker and wasn’t given them. When asked the barista for those things, she had an unpleasant demeanor and handed them out the window. I politely said thank you and she said nothing (she should have genuinely beat me to the gratitude with a thank for coming by). This isn’t the service we’re used to getting Starbucks. Becca needs additional training.
I ordered ahead. Got there and waited 10 more minutes. Finally I asked and they hadn't even started my food. They wouldn't give me a refund and told me to call some number to get it. So, I left without food I had paid for through the app. After wasting more of my time on the phone with the manager, I ordered the same order the next morning for free. However, my time was wasted again because when I got there, the food hadn't made it into the order. I left without anything. It is going to be a long morning. I will never get reimbursed because I give up. The money I lost is not worth the time and headache it is costing me to try to get it fixed.
This is the second time that I’ve flown into this Starbucks and both experiences have been great! They’re quick and efficient - and I would like to mention how knowledgeable and friendly Ellie was today! Kudos y’all!
I like using the app and using gift cards for extra stars. I’m a points and rewards person. I like earning free stuff. I’m actually not a coffee drinker, so I couldn’t tell you if their coffee is any good, but I do like their hot chocolate (no whipped cream). I love the flavor of their bacon Gouda and egg breakfast sandwich, but holy cow! Those things are expensive for the 2 bites you get!I guess Starbucks will remain a bouche luxury.
My daily coffee shop. Everyone here is super nice, and the inside is clean and lively. Pro tips - if you are in a rush order mobile order in advance and pick up in store, the drive thu line is always crazy so don’t schedule pickup there because you’ll have to wait behind everyone. If you forgot to order in advance I find that going inside is still faster if the drive thru line is long. Also, this location is pretty grab and go, if you want to sit inside I’d recommend going to the one on May and Memorial since it’s a short drive away and much bigger! Also just a caveat - this is five stars for starbucks level coffee if that makes sense - I would not compare this to a specialty coffee shop or anything!
If you are looking for a Starbucks, this one was great. Clean and orderly. Staff was friendly and audible. They had merchandise for purchase and they were well staffed. There was not a long wait. Tried their Pistachio Cappuccino, it was delicious.
Drive thru isn’t too bad, 10-15 min l, but if you go in, be prepared to wait 20-30 min for your coffee.
This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a mobile and order and ended up getting there 2 minutes after I ordered. They told me I needed to order 7-10 minutes ahead because they wouldn’t have my order ready, which didn’t make sense because it would be the same as if I ordered all of my drinks when I went through the drive though. Then they got my order wrong and the customer service was awful.
I have never had this experience in any other restaurant.A few days before Thanksgiving, I went to this Starbucks to see how late they would be open on Thanksgiving. I was assured they would be open until 5 p.m. Planning around this 5:00 time, I brought a friend to this Starbucks at about 3:50 to have an important discussion. We bought our coffee, sat down to talk. At exactly 4:00, we were told they were closing, and we would have to leave immediately, but we would be allowed to sit outside in the cold. When I said I had been told closing time was 5, I was just told they were wrong. Any other time, at any other restaurant, when closing time arrives, customers are allowed to stay inside while the crew cleans up. If nothing else, a 10 or 15 minute warning is given, or customers are given a “last call” notice. Never have I been told (not asked) to leave at the exact time. So my friend and I sat outside in cold and wind (staff member did turn on outside heaters, which gave off little warmth.)We toughed it out for about 30 minutes, all the while watching the staff cleaning the kitchen, inside, where it was warm. Why could we not have sat inside during this time? This is what all other restaurants do. Yes, I understand that it was a holiday, and they wanted to get home. But how would our presence at one small table slow them down? As I say, even a 15 minute warning would have shown a little kindness. And I probably would have left a tip as I walked out the door.
Baristas and very rude and argumentative for no reason definitely would recommend avoiding this location!
