Drink tasted fine but first off, the lady had a bad attitude taking the order and it was NOT busy. Then they were out of all of the pineapple stuff for the new drink which whatever that’s been happening a lot every where. So we get pink drinks and receive them and they have no strawberries in them which isn’t a huge deal but we weren’t even informed. So mainly just bad customer service.

I ordered the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and received a half full cup that was more ice than drink. I asked them to remake it and was informed that is how it is supposed to look and refused to remake it. I have ordered this exact drink from multiple different locations since it came out and the cup is always full. So according to the individual at the window every other location is wrong and they are the only ones making it correctly. I paid full price for half a cup of coffee and from other reviews it looks like that is a common occurrence here. Absolutely ridiculous. We will not be returning to this location.

We’ve had the worst experience of all time, This lady Kieu has the worst attitude. We came by to buy drinks but she treated us like we came to beg for drinks. There was some problems with their system and they won’t accept my card! This time Kieu stepped in and told us “ we can’t provide you drinks if you don’t have another payment method with a really rude voice “ lmao? Yet when we decided to pay cash instead, she said all the drinks has been thrown to trash? Wow! Like I get it ppl have a bad day, But if you don’t want to work, don’t freaking show up? For real these ppl like this woman is making Starbucks look ugly.

Take too long for a mobile order to be made during a not busy time. When I arrived, there are no one waiting, not busy at all at store, still take me 10 mins to get my drink. Employees are talking to each other instead of being busy. Won’t came back to this store again.They did not get my Mobil order, I asked after waiting so long, they finally made that for me. Worst experience ever.

This starbucks I just started going to because I work by it now and never I have been to a place where they are so unprofessional. I paid $8 for a coffee I think one it should be filled to the top and when I’m paying extra for something else that should be there to I paid extra for cold foam and this little white speck on top is what I received so when I was at the window and I open my cup and show them and ask them to correct it she said they are not required to do so .. so your telling me that your not required to make my drink right how it’s supposed to be. The most unprofessional people I have ever met. As well as I mobile order every day so it’s ready when I get there this morning there was not a single car in the parking lot or In the drive thru and yet I still had to wait for them to even start my order because they where to busy doing anything but their job. So rude and unprofessional.. and i myself work in customer service and if these people worked under me they would no longer be employed .. they give Starbucks such a bad name.

I was so excited to get a Starbucks close to our home, but so dissapointed that they are constantly out of stock in their products. 70 percent of the time, you get online to order something in advance and they don't have it in stock. Very frustrating.

I went in so smiling at everyone and none of them acknowledge me, and i stood there at the register for a while and guess what. NOT ONLY she was rude, she took my order wrong :)

I ordered a vanilla frappe with sugar free syrup and no whipped topping. I got a frozen drink with sugar free syrup, no coffee and whipped cream. You would think for the price they could do better

I don't usually like to complain. But last 3 times I have gone to this location they didn't put in the expresso shot that I paid for. The Frappuccino I get doesn't come with any so I always pay for one, it's very noticeable when it has or hasn't been added. But this time not only did they not put in the expresso shot but they made me a regular Carmel Frappuccino instead of the Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino that I paid for which does cost more as well. So just sucks..I've been bummed. I go for the taste of the coffee and the pick me up of the expresso, without it..it just is a pointless sweet iced drink...

I only gave a 3 star because my usual SB location was not open and had to go out of my way to get overpriced coffee. This location however did a great job! 5 stars to them.
