Worst customer service ever ! And I have emailed corporate about it and they obviously don’t care because the service is still horrible here !!!!
Very friendly welcoming!!Davina took care of me well with a smile on the entire time took me through the menu and made sure I had exactly what I desired she also put a very big smile on my daughter with a Easter egg hunt….Very very satisfied with my service here will definitely come back!!???

I’m not sure what it is with this location but I’ve been here 3 times where they have messed up my drink. It’s a peanut power plus chocolate and it is disgusting. I despise this smoothie king. Every time I’m I’m disappointed.

I am honestly shocked to see some of these negative reviews. I've been coming here every day, unless they're closed or I'm traveling, for a YEAR now and always have a good experience.I get the vegan mixed berry and they always get it right. The customer service is excellent as well. I've even spilled my smoothie in my car and they made me a new smoothie and gave me paper towels to clean it up! The girls are always friendly with good energy.I come in the morning and I love the morning crew! They greet me by my name and always have a smile on their face and good energy! I feel like they go above and beyond what good customer service should be.Btw, one of those negative reviews was from an angry door dasher. It is not these ladies fault that the customer canceled her order!!! Please give them a chance, they will not disappoint! And if you don't like your smoothie for any reason, they will remake it for you!!!PS: download the app! You can order ahead of time and don't have to wait. You can just go right in and grab your smoothie. Also, you will get points so you can earn coupons to save money ;)Thank you ladies so much, love y'all!
I have already been experiencing smoothie king now for about four months. The 5921 SW 3rd location has An outstanding crew they are so pleasant when greeting me every day I look forward to seeing them. My smoothies are always delicious even though they always offer me to taste test and they will remake I have never had to have them remake one.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Somebody needs to get fired. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff get rid of somebody every female in there that's ridiculous.
