This is a superb breakfast and lunch restaurant. The management and wait staff (especially Amelia) are oh so friendly and professional, the ambiance is casual and comfortable, and the food was amazing. We'll definitely be back!
First time at Seltzers. Scheduled a breakfast meeting at Seltzers. We have a corporate account at the Omni and thought - let's try Seltzers. This is a hidden gem! Even if you're not staying at the Omni, have breakfast, have brunch - schedule a meeting over breakfast. This place is clean, open, bright... and the food, delicious! Thanks to Jazzmine (sp?) for her top-notch customer service, including recommendations that were spot on. Thank you, Seltzers - I will be back! :)
I come to Omni with an extensive background in Hospitality and Customer Service. I'm a Hilton Diamond and I figured I'd try something new in terms of luxury hotels. From the moment I walked in I felt valued and respected. The lovely Omni employee didn't know me. I was dressed EXTREMELY casual. They treated me like a million dollar client. As a business owner and active duty military member, it's something that's important to me. It's good business. Give Omni a chance! You won't regret it.

Beautiful hotel! We were in the ballrooms. The bell staff was helpful, most of the valets were as well. The food was beautifully presented and tasted very good. Great experience.
The parfait for breakfast was delicious the lemon curd with strawberries was an excellent pairing and it was presented in a fun way. The staff were quick and prompt. Food came quickly we would eat here again
Booked this reservation for 4 online, Sunday this past Mother’s Day. It said $$ or $30 and under. When we arrived, it was a buffet only. The buffet was just ok, eggs, bacon and sausage were cold, no eggs Benedict. Fresh fruit was good, our son loved the chocolate fondue fountain, but it wasn’t anything special. Service was good, but it was not busy at 130pm. You can imagine the shock when I received the bill for $238.98. It was $65 per person! And $30 for our son. What a total rip off. Had I known that’s what it was going to be, I would have gone to Bob’s Steakhouse instead. Would not recommend this place for anything and will never return. For you Okie’s, it’s a glorified “pops.”
We are a family of 6 (including two kids under the age of 15), with five of us being vegetarian (NOT vegan). I chose Seltzer's because they had more vegetarian options for Mother's Day brunch than other hotels in OKC. However, I was surprised to find that vegetarian dishes were NOT marked as such, making it difficult to distinguish between meat options and non-meat options (like tea sandwiches and mini-quiches for example). Furthermore, although our seating time was 1pm, and we had 2 hours complimentary valet, coffee service closed at 2pm, while we were in the middle of eating dessert. The kind waitress said the coffee machine was "down for cleaning". That didn't seem right. After I escalated the issue to the manager, we were offered coffee service. It does not seem right for Seltzer's to stop serving customers when customers are still seated at the restaurant (even though I realize brunch officially closed at 2pm). Overall, great ambience, good variety of brunch dishes, although the adults would have preferred more vegetarian options, and the kids would have preferred a bagel station with more shmear and bagel varieties, and some garlic bread or breadsticks to go along with the hot pasta in the pasta station.
Fantastic brunch. Staff is always friendly and go out of their way to provide great service.
Not worth it. Way overpriced. Will not try again or recommend
