I just left there I got a drink I ordered yesterday and it was more expensive than last time. The last time was also my first time at scooters, and I didn't have enough i was just going to cancel and leave. she was so sweet let me have it still they've been nice to me both times I came.
It was good coffee but the service wasn't too great. It seemed like they were in a hurry to get me out the line despite me being the only person there. I'll try again sometime soon maybe

Got a large caramel licious coffee it has sour milk in it. Tried to call to let them know and this location has no phone number. Called multiple other locations trying to get a hold of Western and nobody has a number for them. Very very disappointed will not be getting a coffee there again.
I wasn't offered a receipt, then I had to ask for my change. After giving me my items the employee didn't even say thank you, have a nice day or anything just let the door shut!!
I wrote a review a few months ago that service had gone down hill since they had hired a lot of new staff, but for the last month or two all of our issues have been resolved. My wife and I love Scooter's Coffee and I would recommend it to anyone.
Amazing REAL coffee and well worth the price.Breakfast items were NOT good. Mine was made immediately as I was the only person in line. It was soggy, the English muffin wasn't toasted but chewy and the whole sandwich had a chewy texture. Then I noticed the Merychef and realized why. I've worked with these machines before and while they do heat food up..its to fast, it's like a microwave on crack..leaving everything soggy and chewy with little to no real flavor..if you take the bread off and put it in the MeryChef separate it would make a huge difference and it's still a pretty quick process but the bread would be toasted..not soggy from absorbing the moisture from the egg...But your coffee is fantastic!!
