Coffee drink tasted really good but kinda pricey. I guess that’s just the norm now days

Why doesn't the phone number work? No receipt and handed us cold sandwiches!! Will go back after handling business and try to get it fixed.
I use to have excellent service at Rowell and Hefner location. Always ordered Moca Blender with 2 Extra shots of Espresso,I have not receive such luxury the last several times as I am not getting extra espresso added that I am paying for and Then on 2/2/22, I was charge over 12.00 for what use to cost me just around 7-8 bucs, same thing happened tonight on 2/18/22, this time I noticed Immediately as I got the receipt and was sharing with spouse it was paid and receipt by email. Then I notice was over charged on 2/2 as well. I Immediately called them out for charging me for the wrong order. Barista (Caleb) then told me he could not refund as the computer conveniently was not working, then was supposedly able to refund. Yet I never received confirmation email showing pending refund. I tried to call after leaving to speak to manager and their phone number is not valid or unable to dial even though I used 1+ areas code. So I reported online only to receive a reply they would call back during my work hours of Mon-Friday 8-5 when I cannot take personal calls. How convenient, I have been double charges twice and no resolution. I guess it is time to find another place to get my coffee. Back to Starbucks even though they are over priced at least I pay what I am quoted and get what I pay for or Immediate refund.
This is my first poor Scooters experience and first time at this location. I take my coffee a certain way and I guess they are just more focused on pushing orders out than providing good service. I'm not one for confrontation, sometimes I wish I was because I shouldn't have driven off . (Also don't want my digestibles tampered with .)I ordered with no ice , often I'm asked to top off my drink with additional milk and this was not asked and I didn't think to ask .Added photo 2 for reference. Delicious! Girls working were very friendly and fast. We got 4 drinks, each with a bunch of custom stuff (we're mild coffee snobs) and all of them were great, highly recommend!
I stopped in for a quick cup this morning, ordered “the largest black coffee you have” and when I went to pay the sweet woman gave me my large plus an additional small coffee for free. She said “it sounds like you need a little extra boost this morning”. That is service folks!
This is 2nd time I gave this place a try and coffee was nothing special. Kinda overpriced and employees don't give your total after you order. Blended beverage was melted more than halfway through. Weird and rude guy runs the drive thru in the mornings. Won't be back.
This is one of my favorite coffee shops❤ and they have good breakfast options on the go.
Something is fishy is definitely going on with the prices and no receipts offered. Ordered a large Blended Carmel on Saturday and it was $6.25. It was great! Then went in this Sunday morning and got a medium and its $6.19? Definitely something weird. I'm betting they are doing add ons even when customer declines. Not good business practices.
