Visiting out of town and ordered online but didn’t realize they closed at 8. Pulled up at 8:05 and the guy was soooo nice about me arriving late.
I had a fantastic experience at the MacArthur location. The staff was extremely friendly helping me with the menu. And the store was clean and comfortable. Best schlotzskys in the metro no doubt.
It's insane for a fast food chain to have their lobby clothes at 3 PM everyday. Not only was the lobby closed but when I went in the drive-through it took the guy 5 minutes to respond to me. A truck cut in front of me and went to the window and and the guy taking my order said my order said I would have to wait until the truck was done ordering. Then when I get to the window he tells me the guy in the truck was with a delivery service and was just start to pick up food. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a schlotzsky's deli
Very slow. Kind of disrespectful. People that came in after me got served before me. Would not recommend to anyone.
Food is pretty good, but they have no help! Lobby closes at 3pm but they lock the doors well before that. Hire some folks. Fix those issues and your are 4 -4.5 stars
Didn't give me my tomato soup I was charged 6 dollars for... also every time I call up there they answer it then immediately hang up. Coming from someone that literally worked at a sandwich shop, how hard is it to answer the phone.?
Spoke to the manager on the phone over an order complaint and she was extremely rude!Also don’t order the French dip. They give you a tiny amount of sauce for the largest sandwich they sell ?

I really enjoy eating at this Schlotzsky's. Also really like, the weekly specials they offer.
If you’re looking for good customer service and a friendly staff dont come here trash service and make their food even worse
