Big waste of time and my $10 :/I asked for the chicken Caesar salad, when I got home I realized they didn’t put any eating utensils or napkins in the bag, so it’s a good thing I was going home anyways. So, still excited to try the salad, I dig in and… awful. I immediately had to spit the chicken out. It was cold and soggy, it tasted like it was just frozen in a freezer and then given to me… but worse. I have never experience soggy grilled chicken before. I tried to take another bite of a piece of chicken and again, soggy, rubbery, and revolting. I could throw up. I will try to remove all of the chicken strips and just eat the rest of the salad but if it has any of that chicken rubbed off on it, I’m not touching it again. The only thing I could enjoy, after losing the meat of my meal, was the bread sticks that come with the salad. :/ very disappointed. I’m starting college soon , I don’t have money to spend on soggy chicken salads. Waste of time and $10.
This place is a terrible place to work. There food is fake managers love to touch your food with there bare hands, that they don’t wash. The man manager thinks he’s perfect but he cheats on his wife. One of the lady managers loves to play the victim even though she is very fake just like her teeth… if you wanna work there your going to hate it. The only good managers they have there is Lisa but she doesn’t even be.(she’s prego) Been putting up with there problems for years and they wanted to make it seem like I was the problem.. there so sick. Please everyone hide your children before it’s to late. Don’t let them work here please ! Have a blessed day?
Food is OK, just don't work here. I come here when chickfila is too busy and noticed over time, that the manager mistreats his staff (old fat guy with a polo and glasses) and it's mostly young kids working here that don't know any better. One girl told me she wasn't allowed to go to the bathroom and when she was allowed they would harass her while she was in there, because they are understaffed. Still not a valid reason, she had been in there for under 2 minutes and said this is happens to her everyday.The old man and woman that run the place send other employees in after the kids to harass them. I saw the older lady (Wendy, I believe her name is?) Throwing food and making inappropriate comments towards one of the young men working. The labor board should look into this place for sure. Never seen adults in authorative positions act so childish in my entire life. Don't let you child work here, there are other places 15 year Olds can work. Will be filing a complaint against these bozos.
How do they cook those pizzas so fast? The kids love the food!

Just left. Disappointed no wheat or rye bread soup looked like thick mush not the usual quality of food that have had in the past
We eat at the Rockwell location often. We get the California chicken avocado pizza quite often. We got the BOGO pizza tonight and it was nothing like it usually is. We opened up the box and could not believe what we were seeing. Hardly any toppings, no pesto, couldn’t believe they actually could think it would be acceptable. The few pieces of avocado were impossible to chew. Just awful.
Probably the most incompetent Schlotzsky’s I have ever been too, the employees do not know what on their sandwiches, and when the manager is told about this he makes excuses and doesn’t own it. So ignorant at this location. :)
I love this place. I've gotten my smoked turkey bacon club meal many times here.
