Most of the time they are slow but accurate and good food. Today, after sitting for a bit waiting on food in the drive thru, I pulled forward to check my order. They completely forgot my daughters pizza. When I went in to the restaurant to get it. The guy at the counter, looking at my receipt, asks what pizza. Really?? The only one I ordered! It was sitting there they just didn't bother to give it to us. Check your order!!
Lobby was closed bit the drive-thru was open. Moved they pretty quick. Food was fresh
We love Schlotzsky's on most occasions, but didn't yesterday. After making my wife's pizza wrong I took it back and asked for a new one to be made. No problem, 10 minutes later when I went back to check on the status the guy in the kitchen said it was almost done. Not true, they hadn't even started it. When they finally brought it out they had rushed it through the oven and the chicken was cold and the cheese in the middle hadn't even melted. I had to take it back again for them to fully cook it. Rough day I guess.
Food was ok but service they really need to train there employees or at least make sure they know how to use a register before they try to take orders....??
We ordered a large turkey & avocado sandwich at the drive-thru. The sandwich was tasty enough. It didn't have as much avocado as we'd like but lots of mayo. :-\ Wish the Tuscan sandwich would be added back to the menu. The giant sandwiches are great for sharing. Four large quarters with each about the size of a small sandwich.
Delicious, fresh, unique bread material and choices compared to any other sandwich spot around. Yeah the biggest sandwich you can get for yourself could end up being in-between $9-$13.50, but it's huge though!! Lol whenever my aunt took me there for the time I went for this review, I actually got the California Quacamole in the largest option available, and they have big round pieces of some kind of flatbread/sourdough or something they use for your 2 pieces of bread. Which they cut it in 1/4 cut pieces, and I could easily only eat 2 of them for the 1st meal I ate out off it and saved the other 2 pieces for a few hours later and ate them than for a second meal. So the biggest option to me ends up being worth it. But nothing bad to say about this place. Definitely recommend it anytime?!!
Love the original sandwich and the broccoli cheese soup is the best, sad they are not selling the pecan cinnamon rolls anymore ?
