I wanted cheese burger not onion burger. Didn't want sweet fry want cheese fry.I didn't get no napkins or salt,pepper. The service wasn't good if you are a know person all services you want. I didn't like taste.will not be back .my daughter talks about this place all time.well not for me,I have ate at s&b before enjoy my food not this time
This s&b is not great. The tea was terrible. It tasted like they had let it sit for days, our fries were hard as a rock, they messed up on a few8enjoyed my orders. We were a table of 4 adults and 4 kids. My babies loved their Mac n cheese and tots, I chicken sandwich but that's it. Only 2 items where good out of the 8 meals that was purchased. From a Colombian that ate the Colombian burger… so delicious I love the idea of 50/50 fries sweet potatoes and regular frieswhat a great place to eat, the music was great and our server Isaiah was awesomeAnd for our final act the space cake wow peanut butter chocolate deliciousness
we went to eat and had worse service ever had to send burger back 3 times waiter had attitude the entire time then when confronted about the bill being wrong he huffed under his breath rolled eyes snd walked away so not going back
I've heard good things about S&B but unfortunately my meal didn't live up to the hype. Got the "Sir Bac A Lot" and it was not good. The burger was cooked like I wanted but it lacked seasoning and I didn't taste the Jim Beam maple bacon jam on the burger. The fries were not fresh but the Cookie Jar milkshake was good. $60 was spent on my meal, my wife's meal, and my daughter's meal and none of us were happy. Very disappointed.
I have eaten here several times for lunch and dinner both. It’s also great for a late night snack. The staff are generally very playful and colorful people. Love it.
12/23/21⁵⁵Nephew's from DFW want the same burgers I had brought to once before stop last time they were in OKC couldn't leave town until I took them today Same friendly and witty staff I don't leven drink but the have a cocktail secrive bar. If you just want to hang no mask without being crowed next to others there are plenty of areas with small pockets of people the restaurant is big enough if you are in small intimidate groups and spread out everywhere but none of the groups had be in close proximity.. Before new it I was in a good frame of mind. My Nephew's and I had fun we laughedThen I look around there were a lot of people an no group near another. Lots of people in small groups spread out throughout so air cuddies not likely to be an issue take. Some out of company by, Try it out!12/21/21 visited again with Sister. Well this is a great burger joint, had a jalapeño burger and it was a hit! Forgot the pic because it looked so good! Must get the cheese curds and the macaroni loaded fries. Good music also
I've only been here twice and the first time it was great. Food was amazing. drinks were very tasty, and our server was very attentative. The 2nd time was not the best. We sat at the bar because they were very busy. Our food was good, but my drink had so much ice I couldn't even taste the flavors. It tasted like lime water, no coconut rum flavor at all. When the blonde waitress asked how it was I told her it was too icy with no flavor. She said that that's the way that all the drinks are made. So the bartender has no control of the amount of ice that goes in the drinks. I should have just gotten an ice water since it tasted the same.
I love S&Bs, no complaints but one. Be more careful with your deliveries, everytime we use uber eats, my fries are always missing, the bag is always stapled, so I know the driver isnt stealing them, and every time..... Stop slapping together the orders, we pay alot for them.
