Al I can say is AMAZING! Janet did our wedding cake and it was absolutely perfect! It was very tasteful and exactly like I wanted it!

Janet made my wedding cake and it was absolutely amazing. We were only able to communicate over email, so it did take a while to get everything planned and set in stone, but it was absolutely worth it.

Very disappointed in cupcakes and decorated sugar cookies. Paid a very large price so expected professional size cupcakes and cookies. Very little icing on small cupcakes. Cookies appeared the same as slice and bake sugar cookies from Pillsbury. Looks more like homemade than professional.

This bakery is fantastic! We worked with them for our wedding cake and then several birthdays after that. Their work is always top-notch (including a huge 3D giraffe cake) and the taste is great (I am a big fan of the cinnamon-roll flavored cake). There is also a nice shop in Northpark Mall you can drop by if you want something sweet.

Made our day so special. We didn’t have a wedding but still had a small cake. Rosebeary bakery ensured our cake was special, meaningful, and one of a kind. The butter M&M cake was so delicious and looked beautiful. Thank you so much ❤️

Ordered a rooster cake for a birthday party and it came out exactly like the photo I sent in. Great customer service from start to finish! This will be my cake shop from now on. Thank you ladies for all your hard work.

Very nice ladies. However, we specifically discussed a particular cake and I even showed the girl taking the order a picture of a previous cake they did and told her that I wanted it JUST like that. So, I obviously knew that they could make it close to that since they did it before. It was for my daughter's 16th birthday. When I got the cake, it looked like it was for a 5 yr old's birthday. It was obvious that the girl taking the order wrote down a description of the cake but never showed the picture to the lady that actually makes the cakes. I WAS SO DISAPPPOINTED. It did taste good but when I''m paying $200 for a cake, I would hope that it would be close to what I ordered and it wasn't at all.

Very disappointed in the extreme lack of communication & customer service that this bakery provides. When paying almost a thousand dollars for a wedding cake and a grooms cake you expect them to be done correctly, considering the event. If you are looking for a bakery that communicates well and makes sure their product is finished correctly and does a final look of the cakes with you before delivering this is not the place you are looking for. We gave them the correct information that we wanted on the cake and they blamed us for not giving them information and only offered a SMALL refund. Would not recommend them to anyone ever again. My husband is a firefighter and they didn’t put the correct department, station or even his last name on the shield of a custom fire helmet cake. Will not be using this bakery again.

So I contacted this bakery through email as instructed on their website for a consultation appt before you can even make an appt for a tasting and actually get your cake. I wrote my information and what kind of cake I was looking for and what kind of event. Someone responded to me asking me what the cake would be for (even though I had just explained), how many people it would be feeding, and when I would need it by, and to send inspirational pictures. I responded with all questions answered and pictures of a small shark themed cake for my sons first birthday. This was sent may 19th, and the party wouldn’t be until June 19th. After sending all of the information, I never received another email or call, no communication what so ever. I then wrote another email asking if it would be possible to make this cake for me or not, I received no response. I then wrote back several weeks later as my party had been postponed for august, asking yet again if I could get a consult and if I would be able to purchase a cake through them, no response. I feel like that’s pretty unprofessional to completely ignore a consult request for a business you run? So you don’t want business? I don’t get it. Very very ridiculous and most definitely will not ever be reaching out again for any cake requests in the future. So fair warning, maybe show up for a consult instead of following their prompts to be contacted through email.

My fiancé and I wanted to schedule a tasting for wedding cakes in order to purchase one. I spoke with Minnie on the phone and she was super nice, and asked me to email details about the wedding and what type of cake we want, as well as how many people it would feed. I emailed with this information, including that the wedding would be out of state (it is about 5 hours away), that this is just going to be for my fiancé and me, and that we are desiring a 3-tier wedding cake (we want something traditional). I received an email back from Janet stating the following:"Unfortunately I don’t feel comfortable packing a cake for travel. You would probably be better to seek someone local to the area you will be staying. They could deliver it for you. Our smallest three tiers feeds 74 and we would have to deliver it to set it up the way you have set in the pictures. I would recommend someone local in that area. You might check with the venue you are getting married in, they usually know local people that could help.Take care,Janet "Well...I am not sure how a bakery's comfortability on what I will be doing with a cake that I purchase is any of their business or concern, and the liability would certainly be on me. We want to be able to taste the cake before we buy one, and since we do not live in the area where we are getting married, we cannot do that beforehand if we purchase a cake out of state. I gather that maybe they do not have the materials to make a smaller 3-tier cake, or their intention is to sell to a certain price range/customer.Would not recommend this bakery if you are having an out of state wedding and would like to taste the cake first, or if you cannot get the cake that you have in mind for your wedding. You cannot read tone over email, however the verbiage in the email was also a factor in my review.
