Service was excellent. The server took our order at our table, was friendly and came back to check on us several times. I'm sorry I dont remember her name because the service she provided was worth going back for. Food was good, as expected from Rib Crib. The kitchen staff had our order out in a flash. The restaurant was a bit worn out, like an old fast food place.
I love rib crib and the food. This experience was awful. There was only one server...the floors are disgusting. They didn't get drink refill for the kids because they were out of lemonade. Just terrible service and terrible presentation. Absolutely not what I have experienced in Ribcribs in the Tulsa metro area.....
This is probably one of the oldest RibCribs that I have been to. The place was dirty, tables dirty, food on the floor and they serve you like it was a to go order. The food however was pretty good but, cold and the waitres did a pretty good job when you flaged her down.
Went there today July 4th for take out, ordered a slab of ribs and a pound of beef, beef tasted ok, ribs looked old, like it was left over from the previous day and tasted horrible. Will never go back. Waste of $48.
Slice brisket u can't go wrong. Even though it's a chain the food is always very good.
I hate to leave bad reviews. I got an order via Postmates. All the sides were missing. I called the restaurant and asked if they would send the sides that were missed. They refused and said that was impossible. I just want what I paid for. Again, I hate doing bad reviews.
The worst part of this experience was that we had no marked sauces Lol nothing worse then wanting ? hot sauce and coming up with mild ? ? We got this for a family outing we got the jumbo family back Super size pack There was plenty of meat and plenty of bread It serves 6 people very very well" however the sides served about 2 healthy men or 3 small women lol the food was delicious no complaints other than the sides Were small and the sauces were not marked Rip Cripple Rocks!!!
Delightfully surprised ? I generally don’t like trying new bbq places as we all have our favorites and I’m not from here. Glad I did.Place is a seat yourself joint which is fine by me, shocked people in reviews below complain about that.So after I get my comfy corner booth I ask the waitress to just surprise me with something tasty as if I was her kiddo coming over for dinner.A sampler plate with a own sides and an extra rib to try.All was good, their sauces were tasty but not too over done, Texas toast was just right and the meat had some flavor. She nailed the desert with some chocolate over cheese cake, I’d never have ordered that and enjoyed it.Server was Christy, I definitely felt like I went and stopped into my mothers for dinner. ??
My husband an I were looking forward to Rib Crib dinner. For the past 10 years we have enjoyed locations in Okla & Tx and enjoyed everything. The last 2 times we went was to the same location at 401 West I-240 in OKC and both times we had the worst service ever. The waitress acted as though we were an inconvenience…the food ribs, corn on cob & seasoned fries were all cold…butter wouldn’t melt for the corn. The only time the waitress came back was to give us the check. This is the very last time we will ever go to Rib Crib. It use to be great!
I wish I could give 0 stars! Terrible food, the pulled pork was super greasy and not hot, the chopped brisket had no flavor and also not warm. Then to top it all off I looked at my cup and it had marker writing on it (like someone's name)and I told the waitress that it was used and she said "if people leave their cup we wash them and reuse" yet when I wiped the marker with my finger it would come off. Then the waitress acted as if I was inconvenience and asked do you want a new cup and I said yes and she rolled her eyes. Ill never go back, there are way better places for BBQ and the servers are actually friendly.
