Wow!! So impressed with everything. I had the chicken enchiladas and my Uncle had the meatloaf. I also ordered a house salad . Taste for everything was fantastic! Servers never let a used plate or cup sit on the table. Drinks kept coming before my drink was even close to empty. Very friendly and efficient servers. Never had to ask for anything! But what I really came on here to rave about was the bread pudding. I so wish I had taken a picture. This is hands down one of the best dang bread puddings I have ever had. Creamy, warm and delicious! Definitely not your mamas bread pudding. Get it. You won’t be disappointed.
Excellent location overlooking Lake Hefner, a stone’s throw from the Lighthouse, excellent food and friendly staff. The food was delicious and the outdoor seating was very inviting. They even have a few chairs to just hang out and watch the waves. We went for lunch, will plan for dinner next time to enjoy the sunset
We ate at the Redrock Canyon grill today with six other friends. As always the food and service was great. The place was really hopping when we got there and folks were having a good time there as they always do. This restaurant is on Lake Hefner so it’s beautiful and there is always a lot going on. There’s just a really good all around positive vibe with all types of people hanging out and getting along. Everything on the menu I’ve had is always very good as well as the service. The house salad is excellent as is the house dressing. I had the meatloaf, carrots and mashed red potatoes. My wife had the fish sandwich with French fries. Everything was great. The only reason I did not give five stars is because my food wasn’t steaming hot when it arrived. I always prefer my food, especially potatoes and carrots to be piping hot. However, this does not take away from the otherwise excellent quality. I highly recommend the RRCG in Oklahoma City and the new location in Norman. Oh, great place to have or take a date ??
We sat on the covered patio and had a wonderful meal. Our party of four tried various meats from the grill and rotisserie -- all were very good. The deviled eggs were pretty average, but everything else was excellent. The service was very attentive and super friendly.
My recent trip to OKC with a business associate was accentuated by a nice dinner at this restaurant. The establishment overlooks the lake and the ambience was quite autogenous. Their equally delicious food was capitulated by their service. The servers' attitude and their training showed. In our case, not one mistake in the order they brought out. Believe it when I tell you, that, on many occasions, the server does not listen or listen but does not render the same request to the chef, which causes the food to be brought out in a wrong way or in the way in which the patron did not wish. My compliments to the management and their training of the serving staff. We enjoyed from their salads, to the corn bread, the main entrees of steaks and key lime pie.
I have frequented Red Rock since it opened and have always enjoyed the food, atmosphere and wait staff until today. It is amazing how one person, the manager on staff lack of customer service can ruin an experience. We ordered two chop house salads online for delivery (door dash). One came as expected the other had lettuce and 3 pieces of chicken. Definitely not acceptable. We called to have one of the salads credited back to the credit card. We were informed that because we ordered online (door dash) they would not credit the card for the inedible salad because they did not have the credit card information door dash did. I informed her that I would be happy to give her the number. I assume door dash will have to pay Red Rock for the salad at some point. Red Road does not give the food to Door Dash for free. Door dash did their job delivering the food. The salad that left Red Rock was terrible. They should be responsible for what leaves their premises. The manager desperately needs customer service training. It is cost effective to have satisfied customers with good reviews. Negative comments are much harder to overcome and more costly than the $18 cost of an inedible salad. If this is corporate policy, as I was told, you may rethink it. You have lost a very loyal customer over the corporation's lack of backing their product. Janet Johnson
INCREDIBLY WELL DONE! Candace one of the Managers, put 3 servers in place-Corbin, Andrea and Kat, and ALL of them were wonderful. They were attentive, polite, receptive, listened, helpful and cheerful. The atmosphere was great for our 37-40 guests. THe food is D E L I C I O U S. The appetizers were brought out in presentation fashion and were hot, presented nicely and the guests loved them. The servers recalled the dietary restrictions for the Bride and Groom and were accomodating and caring to ensure their needs were met. The service was prompt and yet they also did not seem intrusive to the event at hand. The chosen event menu was called the Alpine - and every guest was satisified and very happy with their choice of entree. Oh and i haven't even mentioned the salad - what is the house salad dressing - it was so good we just couldn't get over it. Drinks were very reasonably priced and there was seldom an empty glass as the servers were on top of keeping glasses of wine, cocktails or water filled. I HIGHLY recommend working with Redrock Canyon Grill for your event or party of 40 or less. I am recommending this place continually and raving about our experience. This was an important night for us, the Grooms parents, and it was our desire that the venue served us well and provided good food. Redrock exceeded our expectations. Well done.
Service, food, vibe, and drinks are all amazing! My top fav in Oklahoma so far
Loved the view and the food was good. Got steak, meatloaf and ribs. It was good. The steak could have been more tender and the ribs tasted slightly old. But overall, we'll be back!
Excellent and fast service. The food was wonderful!
