I’ve been using this wonderful store for going on 12 years for everything from baby showers to family gatherings. The look of the cakes are always the talk of the table—and that even before tasting it—the best! Always pleasant to work with!
I had a great cake from here when it was brought to my local art studio. My husband and I stopped by to request a cake for our anniversary and described what we wanted. They said they could make any type of cake. We called two weeks ago to place an order for a strawberry cake with minimal icing on the sides (semi naked) and they said they couldn't do that. May give them another chance because I only live a few blocks away but when we came in person and showed photos they said they could make it and when we called they said they couldn’t. Another baker got your business on this one.
They made my wedding cake, cake was delicious but nothing like we had discussed when the order was made. In our conversation i explained the candy pearls were important as they were a big part of our wedding theme, I was told it was doable. I wanted a white cake but was advised to add a bit of pink so the pearls wouldn’t be lost in the white, I was hesitant and even said that I was afraid to have a “baby shower cake”. Well, all I can say is that there was nothing I could do on my wedding day but to display this cake.. I was beyond sad and disappointed, texted owner and I didn’t even get a reply. Just look at the sad flowers and bright pink! Photos speak for themselves.. ☹️
The cakes are delicious, however every experience with anyone in this establishment has been overwhelmingly negative, rude and condescending. It’s ironic that there is a sign on the door that says to be kind to their staff, when they don’t seem to give customers that same treatment.Enjoyed the cake, will not return, do not recommend. Crest has good cakes for way cheaper, seriously, try that sometime.
We have used Raspberries N' Cream nearly a dozen times for work events and they have been FANTASTIC every time. Everyone loves their cakes and compliments how delicious they taste and how pretty they are with flowers on top. We are often asked where we got them from. Our favorite is the ribbon cake!
We ordered a cake here (and last minute, to be picked up on New Year's Eve). Due to them being so busy, I was unable to order online. I did phone in and ask if they could still make a Ribbon Cake for 10? I spoke to a British bloke who was professional, courteous and helpful. The cake was ready ontime, the cake looked simply amazing and tasted like heavenly bliss! I will return here hopefully to dine in soon. ~Van L.

This place use to have the best cakes but that was not my experience today. Horrible cake and, even worse, the person identifying herself as the owner was extremely rude. She insisted they don’t make mistakes but the picture clearly shows that this cake, that was supposed to have strawberries throughout the center layer, only had maybe 3 strawberries. There were also places where it was still frozen. She claimed the strawberries turn clear in the icing. What, disappearing strawberries? That is a new one. I would recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes. Their product is consistent and they are very friendly.
Got a last minute ribbon cake (6 person) and it was beautiful and delicious as usual.
Ribbon cake omg, if you haven't tried this cake I suggest you do so asap! So delicious!
