This chain is the best raspado place in OKC. Try the Mangonada and the Tornado. Sweet and spicy and wild flavors. The staff are helpful and understanding and very accepting of my broken spanish. The place is clean and colorful. They have obispos as well, which are ice cream drinks and very nice.I've never tried their crepes but they look fantastic.I'll be honest, this place is great and it's hard for me to drive past it without stopping.
