This is embarrassing but I have been living in my car for a few days and I work 2 jobs so I don't have time to go to the goodbanks or to look for food. I don't want to get in trouble going through private property or garbage so I chose to go through the drive through. I don't know who is working right now but it is a blessing to have a little meal tonight and I thank you from Depp down and I would like for anyone reading this to know how good of people are here and to treat them well because they are human and amazing..
Amazing great job I visited yesterday and got there green lemonade for St Patty's Day March 12th it was amazing they did such a phenomenal job in the restaurant felt really clean
Went with a friend. Staff was best i have ever witnessed. Brought us our food, was really kind, had a personal connection kind of vibe. They really seemed to love their jobs. Every table was clean, and the soda wasn't watered down.
I ordered it to drive through window four chicken strips cane sauce and coleslaw. At the window to pay the clerk said for chicken strips and cane sauce your total will be... I stated did you get the coleslaw? He nodded yes and then took payment. Twice I asked for the coleslaw and I did not get it. I know this may sound Petty but every single time I've been to this location I've had either an incorrect order, or a general unpleasant experience.

They're extremely efficient, but the people they hire are lacking in common courtesy. They don't apologize when they mess up and hang up on you when you call.
Staff was friendly and the order was out quick. I ordered the 3 Finger combo and it was fresh! Dining area was very clean, but something I found odd was that the restrooms have a number lock pad so I had to have one of the employees open the door for me. Other than that it was great ?
Greeted as we walked in restaurant by employees. Order taken, drinks were drawn up and our food order was brought out with sauces, plasticware and extra napkins. Several employees made conversation with us during our dining in and were courteous to all customers who entered the restaurant. Very nice experience for our first time.
The manager here looked out and went above and beyond by finding out what was wrong with my gift card I had which had a free box combo. This is the best raising canes I have gone to that has had beyond exceptional customer service.
I have been to this raising Cane's restaurant three times now. all three times I've been there one year employees if not the shift manager has come by and asked me how my experience was and if everything was okay. I like that a lot that one of your employees would come around and ask the customers if they need anything else. that makes me want to come back. I'm visually impaired and I guess what I would want to know is if you have spicy chicken fingers. cuz I like my food with a little kick to it if you know what I mean. I don't necessarily need hot sauce on it but I was just wondering if you had some spicy chicken breast. cuz I definitely order that the next time I come in. I've already been to this particular restaurant two times this week. so I like the atmosphere at your restaurant
