Poor service! Had a coupon for 3pc tender, reg side, and biscuit. I received 2 pc tender and mashed potatoes, that’s all. It was fairly late and I live pretty far from Popeyes so by the time I got home they were closed so I couldn’t call. Called today and they hung up on me and are now answering and immediately hanging up on me. This was my very first time getting Popeyes and I gotta say the experience alone was horrible so unless this situation is rectified, I don’t see myself wasting more money on a company who treats its customers like trash.
Horrible customer service with 4 people in the back, I waited about 25 minutes at the counter and no one would help me. The older fat lady and the tall dude both left one guy alone and didn't bother to say a word as we all stared across the counter at eachother. After waiting the one dude in the back finally got my order out. It's not the kids fault but the older lady and tall guy should've helped to get the orders out before leaving. I always wait over 20 minutes for chicken that is already cooked and when I doordash I'm losing money for waiting. Save yourself the 20 minutes by driving to a different location that will have your order out when its supposed to be out
Great service when they have chicken lol .. chicken sandwiches are great though
Prices charged don't always match menu prices. Ordered a Spicy chicken combo and got mild. Red beans and rice left off the sheimp platter. Called the manager and was told prices are increased at truck stop Popeyes restaurants.
Love they're chicken and can't leave without ordering they're mash potatoes or red beans and rice and oh they better put them biscuits in there
Zero chicken on the racks. The cashier was too busy flirting with some chick. This is the last time I try to eat at this location. Close this place down!
Great food sometimes the service is a little slow
I'll assume the food is good, but I didn't get one half of the #12 Popcorn Shrimp and two tenders. But tenders are good dipped in cocktail sauce.
I went to the Popeyes in Oklahoma city inside the TA truck stop and the girls who worked they are absolute trash. The woman that took my order tried to rip me off for $20 and it wasn't an accident. I gave her a $100 bill and she handed me my change folded in half and $20 short. When I turned back around she said she must have dropped one of my $20s. The other girls just kept looking and me all crazy like they were high on dope. I was really nice to everyone so not sure why they are so rude. When my food was ready they just sat it on the counter and never said anything to me. They also never gave me my drink. I called the TA manager and they said to call the Popeyes manager. I don't think The TA manager really cared or maybe he hangs out with those people. Never going back.
Very rude manger, I asked for cocktail sauce and she said it was in the bag it was not in the bag the honeys had sticky sauce all over them and she said well that’s just how they are really condescending management slow service old food dried out chicken over priced by most other Popeyes chickens do not go here
