I have to eat Cain's again, because this Popeyes is the absolute worst.I've seen everything from drive through speaker not working causing huge lines, running out of chicken, lobby opens as and when it suits, employees smoking directly in the front door, incorrect orders and even staff fighting and using obscene language.It has come to the point where as far as I am concerned this restaurant doesn't exists. As a Popeyes fan I have given it multiple oppertunities but there's always issues.It's such a shame nobody wants to take any pride in this brand.
This is a review of my last 3 visits. While they sometimes seems understaffed, they are always polite and apologize for any wait when you order. Extremely attentive at the window, make sure that you get sauce, honey, forks, etc. Main takeaway is for me is the attitudes of the 2 workers over the last 3 visits. They are in a good mood and don't take that long, even if they have to cook your food as you order. Most recent visit was today and the food was super fresh and exactly right. They are clearly putting effort into this location.
Burnt Mac and cheese to the point where it tasted like charcoal, 2 raw chicken sandwiches, super uncooked and to make things worse I ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos both with fries and I didn’t get one of the fries or the bbq sauce I ordered but was charged for the fries. Lastly the worker was rude and acted annoyed when I ordered. Do your job correctly. I cannot make this up.
They need to get a working number at this restaurant, it’s ridiculous that you cannot speak to a manager when you need one, and the food needs to be fresher, they will serve and handout chicken that looks and taste like it’s been sitting up for days, I ordered from Uber and my orders are always messed up and missing items. This is ridiculous!!????
I really like Popeyes Chicken it's very good but the place never has its doors open so I always have to use the drive-thru which kills kills business for me so I don't go in to the drive-thru I just Skip and go somewhere else it'd be nice if they actually had their lobby open at least half of the time that I go up there I've seen it open twice in what a year and a half
My chicken wasn’t cooked properly. Glad I caught it before I got sick.
Always love Popeyes chicken. They were out of Cajun fries so I tried the Mac and cheese, it wasn't my favorite. I did get the sweet tea, and as always it was perfect.
I paid $58.68 for 25 peices of chicken and I waited 15min for it. The only thing I will get from them is beans and rice, biscuits,mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese. There chicken was cold and old, so now I will go back to churches chicken or KFC. At least at this location, your chicken was horrible. Shame on YOU.
I’ve lived in OKC for only a few months. I’ve tried to eat here four times. The first two times they were taking orders at all after going through the drive through and waiting in line. The last two times they have been out of chicken. How does that even happen. The worst part of it all is the rude drive thru worker. I don’t know who manages this store but they are not doing a good job. I won’t be back ever.
Yesterday I order same thing. I go there today the girl in the drive through wanted to argue and be smart mouthed with me saying that the big box doesn't come with a drink and it clearly said ( drink. )
