They got the best chicken I've ever had I had a really really big order and it didn't take a long time. Is a little more then churches chicken ? price wise but about same price as Kentucky fried ? but my God it's better chicken by far.
The food is great, I come here regularly! My favorite is the 2 can dine. Prices are very reasonable great quality fried chicken. This place in particular can be a bit slow at times in the Drive-Thru, I frequently go inside and do not have to wait long. I have had to wait a couple times but not really a big deal I think it's worth it for the food. Prices compared to other fried chicken places is actually low. KFC in Golden Chick are always more expensive for a single piece
This establishment can never get a simple order right. One time they gave me a completely in correct order, not one thing I wanted. Order was wrong literally every single time I went there. Not going here anymore because it’s not worth paying for a BS order then getting disrespected when trying to correct it.
94% of the time food is wrong or chicken isn't hot or thin crusty strips sometimes cold I'm a big fan of Popeyes and just wish another one was closer I debated going in to make sure the order is made correctly and fresh but don't care for Popeyes this much ive been going here with my girlfriend off and on for the last 6 months probably have gone 20 times at least basically on the weekends and they either got our order right or was cooked good 8 or 9 times ...... my advice go Inside and order and check your food and speak up so they up there game.
All in all the food is consistently good but simply not worth the wait. If your looking for spicy in every bite you should add a free "sprinkle packet" to your order. This stuff really brings on the heat. Careful! Its addicting!!They are noticeably more expensive than the other local fried chicken places and yet their chicken pieces seem so much smaller yet their price is a good $1-2 higher than competitors nearby. Add all that together plus the commonly grouchy order takers and I typically don't find its worth it. Oh! Be sure to check your bag before driving off as they have a hard time remembering condiments, napkins, and sometimes even drinks..
They messed up our last two orders. The first time they messed up, they asked us to bring our food back which is fine but they only put back what was missing.By the time we got back home our food was cold and gross. The staff seems like they are too busy huddling up and talking that they forget to pay attention to what they are serving.
Okay so your customers don't need to hear you fighting in the kitchen about how one employee smells like cigarettes and if you were on a break when you were smoking cigarettes. Period !They were cooking too much chicken at once, our food came out to be cold. A replacement was provided, however please only cook what can be served quickly, fresh and hot.There were 11 employees etc in the kitchen, it was a big mess of high labor cost and inefficient management.
Messed up my order. Contacted Customer service, but they didn't help at all - just said they will send my message to the manager of the store. Tried calling the store, but to no avail. Went back to the store and showed them my receipt and told the manager what happened and she snapped at me and said "FINE, I am GIVING you what we messed up OK! What do you want?" I said, just the 8 pcs of chicken you missed from the order and the chicken sandwich. She replied - FINE... I am GIVING you the chicken and the sandwich. I will ALSO give you some biscuits and what side you want? okay??" Worse ever experience.
They should get an award for worlds slowest service. The food is good, but don’t go here if you want fast food. Its especially slow in the drive thru. Can’t blame on pandemic. It’s always been like this.
This place is a joke all it does is Harvard people that do not want to work that do not want to do what they will hire to do. Whole lot of standing around whole lot of talking no product being put out and the managers is just as bad as they are. I ordered a black beans and rice took him an hour to get it to me. The bad thing about it as I sit there and looked at the container that had my black beans and rice it's been there since I walked through the door to order it. Waited an hour and then they just give me the one that I've been looking at for an hour what is going on. The staff is not too bright the management is not too bright. I'm starting to believe that with our younger generation the common sense is finally gone. If these are our leaders of tomorrow we are in serious trouble. Can't get a piece of chicken out but you're going to take over the world. Think it's time to start panicking people
