I believe they meant well with customer service, but I was quite unhappy to order the Tuesday 2 piece snack(leg and thigh) to get home to find both had a breast instead of thighs, I was immensely disappointed, I'm not a fan of breasts but will eat a breast. I'm not sure if they were out of thighs and substituted them for breasts without offering me or if someone thought they were thighs. The chicken was very hot and fresh. The price of the Tuesday 2 piece snack has increased by over 30% from last month.
This place has been struggling for many months now. A few days ago I tried to place an order at the drive thru and they took it after waiting a few minutes. (There was a sign at the speaker that said " exact change and debit only")Get to the window and was told its cash only...other experiences at this place include waiting over 10 minutes many times.They need help.
Ghetto honestly their bout on the same level as churches. Bad customer service won't even answer their drive thru. But what you will see is the employees smoking outside though no care to the fact that your sitting there smh.

Everytime I go here something is wrong, normally there out of something I want, or the order is completely wrong, the employees are f'n idiots, rude, dirty, smoking weed, something...tonight their systems were down, said they could only take online orders... come-on man! Does anyone know who owns this place, I've been trying to find out, is there a manager that exists? Terrible place, it's sad how people work now a days.
My food was not finished and I ordered a 3pc tender meal and a 5pc tender meal and the drive thru lady was being stingy with the sauce. She gave me 2 to start and I asked for more and told her I had 2 orders of tenders and she gave me one more sauce. I do not recommend this Popeyes. They should just shut it down. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PARTICULAR POPEYES AGAIN!!
This was my first and last visit to this particular Popeyes. How does two Classic Chicken Sandwich Combos with one with fries and the other with Macaroni and Cheese, and two unsweetened teas turn into…2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches with mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, 1 sweet tea, and some fruity frozen drink. I got nothing I ordered. I noticed the tea before leaving and got my unsweet tea. I get home to serve dinner to my boyfriend and it’s is nothing that I ordered. I was extremely disappointed in what I received. First off, if someone orders unsweet tea and you give them sugary drinks, you could be responsible for their death, if they are severely diabetic. Second if all, the person who took my order repeated it back to me. I will never be back.
This Popeyes is the worse. Being pregnant and wanting a simple meal is so hard to ask for. Can’t ever get everything with my order. Staff is slow and don’t listen.

This was 15 minutes agoI went inside to avoid the drive through line which had about 3 cars. I go inside and the woman is leaned over the counter talking to a lady man who has a check on the counter. I wait. She looks at me without acknowledging me and walks away. 3 minutes later she says what do you want ? I respond with my order. She doesn't place it, ring it up just nothing. She walks to the back and makes a joke with other staff and they laugh. I stand there for another minute and leave. This is unacceptable. Service non existent. Not a Popeyes standard. First and last time
