Nothing worked the day went. The intercom barely worked and customers couldn't hear, and when you decided to pull to the window. They were only taking cash, the CC machine wasn't working. Needless to say, I didn't get anything, and wasted my lunch going there. My review is not on the food, but the failed equipment. Employee was kind and I'm sure had to put up with a lot of nonsense that day.
Takes forever to get the food, staff is typically rude, orders are often wrong. Sadly though the chicken is better than the rest of the chains around.

Dried out hard chicken, weird tasting coleslaw, the beans and the biscuits were good but customer service was horrible.

Of course the chicken is good but when you can't get what you ordered is one thing but not a fan when the food is so hot you really can't eat it when you sit down. Needs a better process from cooking to delivery of food
This location is always fast and fresh for lunch. Can't beat their Tuesday special
