Prices are wrong on the menu, expect to pay much more. For example, 8 piece box meal on menu says 16.99, is 23.99. A regular Mac and cheese on menu is 2.99, ringing up for 3.50Upon getting home, no chicken seasoned at all, these biscuits are stale and gross, and we feel cheated paying 30 bucks for the measely scraps of chicken given. Save your money and go to Churches
Let's just start out that I understand that short staffing is a problem. So I definitely have patience for my food and respect for the people making it. But the woman here..I was literally the only person in the store. No one in drive thru..ok. They treated me like I was such an inconvenience. Wouldn't even be bothered as to why I was there. So. Yeah.
Sat in the drive thru after placing an order online with only about 3-4 other cars in line. The speaker said that they were closed but my food is paid for. Had to wait at least 15 mins… called just to see the hold up & tried to be nice about it but the girl just replied “ma’am just pull around to the window,” as if the line was moving an inch.
Usually order a wing box, but was told I couldn’t place a 4 wing box order.I thought you could pay per piece, so that was unsettling that the employee at the window said you would only do 3 wings per box.Wish corporate would keep the rules unified and consistent for their customers.
I really had a craving for the redbeans and rice and biscuts for lunch. I knew how big the indivual size was so i ASKED for a FAMILY size....this was what they gave me. So dissapointed i paid full price and they didnt give me full amount i get it was not in there usual container but comon
I wouldn’t recommend this location anyone. The lady with the pink hat at the window was arguably one of the rudest workers I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’d rather eat dirt than be treated how I was at this Popeye’s.
Nothing to write home about here.The service was shady and they failed to provide my fries and never said "Thank You."My Spouse likes the chicken sandwich---they've lost my patronage and from the superficiality of their service, I'm certain they don't care.Also, the facility is grimey!
This location's drive-thru was terrible. I know fast food sucks. But holl-leee were they bad. From the beginning was very unprofessional. And we had 2 separate orders and they got the first one then we waited at the window for 15+ minutes thinking they were preparing our order and they didnt even have it rang up. And acted like it was such an inconvenience that we were there. And had to tell them for the second time what our second order was. The first guy was unprofessional but the second lady who came to the window and helped us out was alot better and should be the one taking orders amd talking to customers. Didnt get a name from either of them
They got the order right and service was good. Reason for one star is food was really old and dried out both shrimp and chicken. And I at in my vehicle in the park lot .
The worst experience!! The staff is ALWAYS extremely rude, there is a man that's always there but doesn't actually work there handling customer orders, the wait time is 30+ minutes most of the time and the staff not only doesn't apologize but they can be seen through the drive-thru window playing and goofing off while there is a line wrapped around the building.Wait time, running out of food items, busy days etc are understandable circumstances at any fast food establishment. But all of those things all of the time with a rude staff is highly unacceptable!! I will not be returning to that location ever again and if cooperate was smart they would send secret shoppers to that location periodically to ensure that these issues are resolved and ensure customers satisfaction!
