Seriously one of the best chicken places I’ve ever been to. Don’t be fooled by it being fast food. This chicken is good enough that it could be a very popular place in Midtown with craft beer. Wish I could own a franchise. The place is crazy busy.
I order from their App pollo campero they are using doordash I never received my order or a refund been going back and forth doordash and the franchise calling for 1 hour at these 2 responsible party so one keeped my money the other dasher ate the food .I lost $36.00 so I gotta take it up with my bank to stop payment plus report to BBB this is not excitable specialy I can't leave my home having covid sad to say .Un happy customer all around..
We just decided to go here last minute and we’re not disappointed! The fried chicken was delicious, the batter on it was perfect. It was our first time to try yuca fries and the lady was so nice to give us a sample before ordering. Then to top it off the plantains were great!
This place is awesome. I'm not usually a lime fan, but their lime grilled chicken is out of this world. I did have one bad experience a few weeks ago, and left feedback on their website. A company rep got with me promptly and resolved my issue. We went again last night and the quality of food was much better. 5 stars not only for the quality of their food, but their excellent quality of customer service. Everyone needs to try this place once.
Excellent food and some of the best customer service I've ever seen! Their grilled chicken with plantains is absolutely amazing, a definite mist have!
I was actually really pleasantly surprised at how good the campero salad bowl was. Also same with the horchata although there is a nut allergy warning if you plan on ordering that. The empanadas were also good but not as flavorful as the bowl. Friendly staff and food was fresh.
I just have to say! I’ve never eaten at this restaurant before and just recently drived by and Had to check it out, & I’m So glad I did! Not only was the food super fresh it did not take very long. The staff was very helpful and picked up it was my first time there. They were even nice enough to throw in a couple samples of their different types of chicken , the taste was A1!! Will for sure be returning
This place is awesome!! Their empanadas are great! I always share with my coworkers who are shocked and want to know where this place is located! It's on 23rd street!

This was the best fried chicken I have had in a long time. I was very impressed. This is my new favorite. I am coming back here a lot. The rotisserie chicken was very good too.
