Stopped for donuts on our last day in town. Wished we would have tried them sooner as they were the BEST we had while in OKC. Staff were working fast serving customers as they came in. We were greeted at the door by a super nice gentleman and given a free donuts to try while we looked for our perfect dozen. HUGE selection in the case and they were willing to fill donuts on request! Ladies behind the counter were super friendly and helpful with questions on the different varieties. Donuts were soft and fluffy, and toppings were delicious and well portioned. They don't skimp on their donuts! All around a wonderful place that I would go back to anytime we are in the area again! Wished we found them sooner.
The donuts are always fresh and very tasty and the coffee is freshly brewed, good and strong, complimented with many different flavors of creamer for your access. The workers are always friendly and prompt The facility, always clean. The owner is a veteran and a mentor. Young and old alike, he will teach/mentor the skills of his trade to those willing to learn. He has many repeat and loyal customers, that alone validates it's 5 star reputation, well earned and deserved.In all, the atmosphere, as a whole, of Polar Donuts, is inviting and friendly. Once you visit, you will return, again and again.
Legit as close to Round Rock doughnuts in Austin, Tx as I have ever had,We were traveling for a convention and stopped in on a Saturday to grab doughnuts.Warm apple fritter, and fresh glazed doughnuts as you walked in for free.What an amazing experience!!When we come back to the area we for sure will be back!
Walked in for the first time and I was presented with a free donut, had a great selection (donuts are even made from potatoes and they were incredible). On top of all that, they were the sweetest people I've met in Oklahoma coming from Tennessee for a FFA competition. He even put whipped cream in my donut because I'm not a fan of Boston creme. Very nice people, veteran owned, and they know how to run a business and I believe that's why they've been in business for so long.
I would give a 6* rating if I could. Words fail as to describe everyone there: They were all beyond friendly and always there to help, and I'm not saying that because they gave us a free (FANTASTICALLY TASTY) glaze donut. They were amazing, had plenty of options all at a reasonable price that I don't see in my town, and overall blew my mind out of the water. It all tasted great and wish something like this existed closer to where I live. Also, Lemon Glaze should definitely be more of a thing!
The staff was very friendly and the owner greeted us upon arrival. We were offered free glazed donuts as soon as we walked in while we waited! The donut selection was great, even at 10:30 in the morning on a Saturday. My husband and I both agreed that the apple fritter was the best we've ever had...large and tasty. We will be back for sure!
Polar Donuts are the only true donut. Other so-called 'donuts' should be called something else, because they are nowhere near as delicious and fulfilling as a polar donut. Polar Donuts not only taste the best, they never make my stomach upset like every other donut. I can easily eat 3 or 4 glazed donuts from Polar Donuts in one sitting and not feel terrible, but can barely eat 1 donut from somewhere else without getting a stomach ache right away. AND for what its worth, I regularly eat their glazed donuts the next day, and though not quite as wonderful as fresh, they still are better than any other fresh donut that I've run across.
The best donuts and the nicest people in the area. The first time I’ve ever been there and right away when I walk in hand my a Hot Fresh apple fritter!!! It would be one thing to be nice or just have a good donut but Polar Donuts has both in spades!! Will definitely be a regular.
Omg!!! As we walked in the door we instantly felt like we were visiting some friends. Everyone is happy and accommodating. The cinnamon roll was freshly made and delicious. I have never had one so fantastic in my life! Polar Donuts have a new fan!
