I took my wife, daughter and her family to the restaurant to celebrate Fathers Day. My daughter kept getting water splashed down her back because of condensation from overhead pipes. I pointed the condition out to our waitress and she told us she would speak with her manager. We ultimately decided that my daughter could move to the other side of the table to avoid the water. I asked our waitress the name of her manager. She said Lisa and Cynthia were both working managers this evening. Neither manager came by our table to apologize for the inconvenience or to inquire as to our satisfaction with our meals. In fact, during the hour plus we were in the restaurant, we never saw anyone other than the waitresses going to any of the tables to check on the patrons. We did observe a lady in a dress (as opposed to a wait staff uniform) who walked back and forth in the back of the restaurant mostly talking to the waitresses. At one point, our waitress apologized to us for being slow in service because, as she said, she “was talking to her manager”. The food was fair (not bad enough to send back but not good enough to want to return). The management was totally incompetent. I have eaten at other Pepperoni Grill locations (particularly the Edmond Covell location) and always had a pleasant dining experience.
The first bread that was brought to our table was very hard. Too hard to chew! When our pasta was brought to us, the edges of the pasta on the plate looked dry. When I took a bite, the pasta was so tough I couldn’t bite it off. It also had a strange taste. I wondered if it was left over from lunch.(we were there about 5:15pm). They offered to get me something else or bring out more of the same ( fettuccine Alfredo). By this time I couldn’t have eaten anything they brought me. They did remove that item from our check. I will never return to this Pepperoni Grill.
Went to the location off of Memorial in OKC. Staff and food were awesome!!!
Another great dinner and wonderful service! Had the Chicken Risotto and it was fabulous and don’t even get me started on the delicious cheese bread with the balsamic vinegar and oil for dipping! The crème brûlée was perfect and so yummy!
The spaghetti tasted pretty good. However it was extremely greasy. It is the greasiest pasta I've ever had. The ravioli also had substantial pools of grease. I would recommend going somewhere else
Great staff!!! Loved the atmosphere.
Vary good time the food was great I will go back.
Husband and I experienced the 4 course wine dinner and it was superb ? we will Definitely be back! thank you Pepperoni Grill for the wonderful food and wine tonight. ? ?
Horrible service!! Pulled up at the time my pickup order was to be ready. I pulled into curbside spot and checked in per instructions. I watched food brought out to five different cars while waiting on my food. After 30 minutes, I walked in to check status. Food was there getting cold. I advised I had been waiting after checking in 30 minutes ago, and I got a shoulder shrug and was told that they were busy. Clearly they weren’t too busy to bring everyone else their food that I watched while waiting.
We got there roughly at 130pm. It took over an hour with two chefs in the kitchen and we could see both of them to get our orders when the table to our left got their food. There was hardly anyone in the dining area. Nobody asked about if we needed more coffee or water. Once we got it, it was good, but not exceptional. That may be due to the long wait. The bread was hard to cut into slices and had some kind of cheese in it, but nobody mentioned that.To me, pepperoni indicated to me that there would be something involved with either pizza or pepperoni, but I didn't see it.Staff was friendly. So, if you're not in a major hurry, it's good. But if you're not, you'll get impatient.
