First time I’ve gone to Pei Wei since they split from PF Chang. They have new menu items. I tried the Thai Basil Chicken (new item), it was flavorful. The portions were smaller than before. We got an old favorite Pad Thai and it was almost inedible. There was no flavor, the noodles were very wet which is not normal and the mouthfeel was slimy. This particular location was not clean and had a bad smell. We should have left because it was a bad indication of what was to come. I am not sure if I will go back. I may try another location to see if it was just this one getting it wrong. I hope that is the case, the old Pei Wei was so good and constantly so.

This location is never consistent! Every time we go there, with the same exact order, it’s always wrong. The Edmond location is much better, no issues there. No sauce what so ever on the Pei Wei original, this happens most of the time, one time it was way too salty and tasted like fish!? I don’t know how that happens, it’s chicken, but it really tasted like fish. Snap peas were inedible last time and sour. They mixed chicken with my order of tofu, just ordered tofu with the original and most of it was chicken. Last time going there, Edmond location only now.

Last month, I stopped by to get some take out over the weekend. I ordered a couple of dishes with tofu and vegetables. When I got home, I checked the dishes and they both had chicken and one was supposed to have rice but both of them had noodles. This would be no big deal except that I don't eat meat and I don't live in OKC.I contacted pei wei thru the app. A few days later, they called me and left a message. Then I called back, left them a message and haven't heard from them since (which is why it took a while to post this review).I usually don't have issues with pei wei but this is the second time (the first time, the food was not ready when promised) I have had issues at this location so I think in the future I'll just stop by Belle Isle.

My wife and I love to eat at pei Wei and we usually have good service but tonight we got exceptional service! The young man working the counter named Jor-el was the reason for this. His bright smile and friendly attitude and knowledge of the menu made this visit the best experience we have ever had at any Pei Wei. During this post Covid time most places are understaffed and overworked and the service employees attitude show it, but Jor-el never showed any signs of negativity and he went above and beyond he is a great asset to this company. Not only was he working the front counter but he was clearing tables and dumping trash in the entire time he had that smile on his face and had a great attitude.

Ordered from here for the first time ever. Used to live by the belle isle one. Ordered my usual order cauliflower fried rice chicken dumplings and jorean bbq. Haven't gotten to the bbq yet but the presentation of the food is lazy compared to the belle isle location this oddly separated between the rice and meat like they were too lazy to present it properly. The dumplings were the same as ever no complaint there but the cauliflower fried rice was sub par and soggy. Ill order this again eventually but if this lazy presentation and subpar record continue I think I'm going to drive out of my way to the belle isle location.

0 stars if I could! This is my first time here and it was empty on a Saturday at dinner time. Now I see why.

Saw the place while driving by and stopped off to try it. Nothing special. The service was fine but the food was, at best, mediocre.

Man, hate to give one star. This place seems clean enough but the service was mediocre and the food was not good. I know it’s PeiWei but we usually get a decent meal at PeiWei. Not this one. Pad Thai was runny and the FireCracker Chicken was bland. I would skip in this particular PeiWei.

Food was great but the amount we paid for and the amount of chicken we got was not great. I am not asking for more than is fair but that is not what we got. I also understand that the price of things (all things) have risen recently. With that said we did not get what we paid for. We will not be back.

I love Pei Wei, their food and service is always great. Curbside pickup is extremely quick, and very polite.
