06/07/2022I'm 10 years old eating Pei Wei, and today is the first time they serve it with bad taste and badly served.I'm very sorry, I don't like to put bad reviews, but today the food had a bad taste and a lot of oil

The food Is good, just wondering why my teachers discount works with one worker but another one tells me it doesn’t work a couple days later…

This was the first time to try out this restaurant, and I’m very disappointed…for the price I paid the food was horrible. There is no seasoning on the food at all, it was like eating a TV dinner…

Don't get me wrong, their food is delicious. However, the portion sizes suck. They show pictures of plates piled high with chicken, but the meal you get will have a small handful of chicken, even if you pay extra for more protein. Such a shame.

In the last couple months this location has really change for the worse, the food don't taste as good as usual and few people working there are so rude. In January I received a 50% off my order, app exclusive, so i drove 10 miles to go to Walmart as well as Pei Wei, they are right next to each other. I went on the app to place my order and apparently they were having issues with the app, so then I called. The lady working said there is nothing she could do and she kept saying this is too much and I don't know what you expect me to do, so then i asked for the manager, she said it was the district manager, so then he gets on the phone, he said he couldn't do nothing about the app being down and that they have had several calls about it, then he said he couldn't honor the price because it was app exclusive, hmmm. So finally the app let me place the order, i spent over 30 minutes trying to place the order. so then today I ordered lettuce wraps, when I went to pick it up the lady working said that he could have honored it because the register has a button to do so, that frustrated me and then get back to work and they didn't close the lid on my container, everything spilt out in the bad, i get better service at 7 eleven, smh, don't think i will go back to Pei Wei, it was my absolute favorite but not so much anymore.

Beyond disgusting. After two abysmal orders in a row (through Postmates) thought I would give this restaurant one more try. And today was the worst. I finally figured out that (this) Pei Wei is simply heating up frozen food.Looks and tastes exactly like a bad frozen entre that can be picked up at any grocery store. Chicken breading almost non existent and tasteless. Red pepper boiled and not stir fried. Very, very slimy. Onion was thin, scary and tasteless. Rice tasted old. Like cardboard.Spring rolls so greasy that just one soaked a napkin.Completely inedible. What happened to the Pei Wei I used to know and love????Such a complete waste of money.

Waited for a long time after I texted the phone number for curbside to go after I ordered my food online. I called to let them know I was here, the woman told me she was alone, had a long line of customers, and wasn’t sure when she could run out my food. I submitted a complaint online and was never contacted. You only matter as a customer if you are in front of their face. Stop offering curbside if it is not really a service you offer.

Always a good lunch. They are spot on with to do orders. Food is fresh and order is correct. They offer pretty nice rewards if you order online.

I tried to let the restaurant fix this. No one will answer the phones. It is not a direct issue with the restaurant but the fact that no one is willing to address this is telling. My food was ordered at 6:18pm, I received confirmation that it would be delivered at 7:05 pm. After that time had passed I attempted to call the restaurant, no one would answer. I then got another message at 7:30 that my food would be delivered at 7:05. I am assuming a new driver was dispatched. The fact that the restaurant said nothing as well as the delivery service is unfortunate. The food did finally arrive at 7:50 and was of course cold. I attempted to rectify this with the delivery service and they told me to contact the restaurant as they couldn't verify things on their end. I then attempted to contact this establishment but no one would answer the phones. I waited for over 10 min before giving up. I do not want compensation from the restaurant but they need to know what happened and address the delivery service as this is not ok. Either you care about your product or you don't, so far this restaurant does not.

Order curbside waited 30 minutes only to have to go in and get my food. When I asked what was wrong she said she was the only one up front with an attitude mind you. Get home my food is cold and my lettuce wrap was scorched. Order another meal and green veggies are gritty like they just came straight from the garden. Worst experience ever. Very disappointed..
