We usually love this place, but last night had issues. Service was good, but pasta was just average. Salads ok. Steak was cold. Just not up to par for Patrono. Out of our normal rotation for now.

Not your typical Italian restaurant. I liked that it was different but menu was small not much to choose from. 2 large groups were very loud and we were right next to them. I coukd not carry a conversation with my wife without yelling. Because of the 2 larger groups we were not their main concern when it came to service. The food was good but everything was over priced. We coukdve eaten at a prime steakhouse for the cost of our meal, actually wish we would have. If you want something different and don't mind paying for it this coukd be your place. I got the spicy shrimp fetucinni and my wife got the Roman carbinara both were good bit the servings were not very big. We had their house salad. Again very different my wife did not like hers bit I liked mine. Their alcohol pours are heavy which is fine with me bit not for my wife. The 2 pastas and 3 drinks and 2 salads cost us 130. Their Broadway great and dipping sauce was different but amazing.
Excellent customer service and the quality of food is fantastic! When we visit OKC and go out for Italian food, this is our 'go to' every time! My wife and I are celiac and they accommodate our needs so graciously... great food, great atmosphere, and overall fantastic evening... every time.

My first visit to Patrono was a solo dinner while visiting from out of town. Not only is this the most cozy, intimate, and romantic restaurant Iâve been to in a while, the service and food topped the charts. I was surprised with how well the octopus was cooked especially being in the central US. It was phenomenal and the flavor was even better. My server, Grant was attentive, patient, and had some stellar recommendations when solicited. He even helped me choose a wine to pair with my dinner by bringing out two samples to taste. I couldnât have been happier with his suggestions. I opted to order the bottle since they could cork and bag it so that I can take it with me. I never felt rushed, although I was the last table in the restaurant and everyone made me feel so comfortable including the hostess, who was over the top friendly from the moment I walked in. Thank you Patrono, I will be back next time Iâm in OKC!

Food was amazing, our server was well versed in explaining the menu and the items we weren't familiar with. It made for an excellent date night, and we will be back.
