I ordered bread and got some lunch too. I am disabled and Donna was so very helpful for me.
Nice place for a quick lunch. Prices are steep but that is how most restaurants are these days unfortunately. Broccoli cheese soup as well as the chicken and rice were both good as were the sandwiches.
Food was fine but sandwich was stuck to the paper it was wrapped in. Really messy. Plenty of cream cheese on the bagel. Coffee was hot and too strong for me but they had hot water to weaken it down so it turned out fairly good. Plan to return because of the convenient location but not really excited about it. The free wifi was fast and dependable.
This was a standard Panera bread offering a consistent, solid experience I've come to expect from the company. It's convenient to do the touchscreen ordering. The salads here and iced coffees were yummy.
Terrible customer service. This morning I ordered a large cold brew, no ice, and the waiter eventually brought me a small iced coffee (not cold brew, the difference was obvious). Told him the error and he just looked at me confused and said sorry and walked away. He made no offer to make it right. Okay... so I went back up to the front where I ordered and waited for several minutes and no one acknowledged me. Finally I spoke to the woman who took my order, reminded her that I ordered a large cold brew with no ice. She then argued with me that it only comes in one size, then I showed her the big menu right behind her that it does come in large. She said she with attitude that she would make it right, and I said thanks and waited. And waited. No one ever brought me the large cold brew I ordered. Finally I just left. Some of the worst customer service I've seen. And the coffee was meh. Avoid this Panera!
I’ve ordered ‘bowls’ of soup here through the drive through several times. Panera is actually stealing from its customers giving out cup sizes as bowls. So you end up paying significantly more than a cup but getting the same amount of soup. I verified by ordering a bowl of soup then going back through and ordering a cup. I believe they do the same for macaroni.Not cool.
Always quick and polite! Breakfast is great! Our order has always been correct the last few years of going to this location
Love this place and the freshness of the food! This is a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, minus the hummus and I added roasted Turkey and white American cheese. I usually get the pick two, the half sandwich and cream of chicken and wild rice soup with chips. So delicious and filling.
Standard fare at this chain. The food was good, the service was OK. Had a little trouble getting a knife for the meal.
Food is good, service was lack luster, used app for curbside pickup selected I am here, was suppose to be out by 8:43 pm, by 8:50pm no food, went inside no one at the counter had to holler back for help. Than instead of finding the food the worker was debating if I used the app correctly, another worker found the food. Not my typical Panera experience.
