Just like every other Panera. Food it decent but they can’t get the order right. All I wanted was a half salad and a cookie. What’s hard about that?When I got to my destination, I told my grandkids I had a cookie for them to share (the cookies are big). Guess what, no cookie. Very disappointed children. I went back at my first opportunity, 5 hours later to retrieve my cookie. By then they were sold out. I had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes (I was the only one at the counter) before an employee came to help me. Ended up getting a refund. It used to be when Panera made a mistake, they gave you a free pastry or cookie. Apparently they don’t do that anymore. I earned that having had to return to the store and having to wait so long at the counter. Won’t be returning to this store anytime soon. SMH.
Great place to meet up a friend for dinner! Me and my friend will sit here for hours catching up, last time we went we stayed until almost closing. We were getting ready to leave, but even though we were the last customers, the staff was so kind and courteous to us, even allowing us to wait inside while my friend waited for her ride after hours. Such a welcoming atmosphere!
1st time at Panera bread. Spent $29.95 on 2 sandwiches and a cup of soup. I ordered Roasted turkey & avocado blt. My sandwich didn't have any avocado on it. My wife got the toasted frontega chicken, which was not toasted. The bread was soggy and it had two balls of shredded chicken breast, two pitiful pieces of onion and soggy tomato with melted mozzarella over it. I rate this chain a 1 because the ? cheddar soup was ?.
I have never been to a Panera before, so this was a new experience for me. I got there during lunch on 2-14-22. Since it was my first time, I took a little to read the menu but was not rushed. I got my order in and sat at a table. It was delivered in a timely manner. The food was really good. The atmosphere was comfortable. Definitely will visit again.
Customer service was so great! Very patient and nice. The food was great and made so Beautifully. I Wasn't a big fan of the steak & white cheddar sandwich. It had a weird taste to me but my chicken and BBQ sandwich was to die for. Will recommend.

Not good. I ordered the half turkey avocado sandwich with onion soup. It was called "pick 2." I was given a dirty spoon, soup was almost cold. Tiny half sandwich with brown lettuce around the sides of. All for $12.47. The young girl behind the counter making the sandwiches was rude when I took her the dirty spoon, and asked her if their sandwiches shrunk. I for sure will not return. Too much bread too. Bread in the soup, bread on the side, then the sandwich.
Have you changed your recipe for your cinnamon rolls? The bottom layer used to be as big as the top layer. Now the bottom layer is barely there. I buy one every Sunday and know something is different. I’ve put up with it this month but nothing has changed. Guess I will have to go across the street and get a Cinnabon!
The food is usually pretty decent and some of the breakfast and bakery items are awesome but the SERVICE at the Northwest Expressway location is AWFUL. Usually it takes forever to get through the drive thru (which might be because it takes awhile to make the sandwiches when they're busy?) and the side items are wrong at least 1/2 of the time. but even when they're not that busy, you can expect to sit at the pickup window for several minutes without even being seen. At least, since I hadn't paid yet, I was able to just drive off this last time. I think I'm done with this location. Oh. And don't bother with the rewards program unless you just frequently stop by for coffee because the rewards are based on #visits not $dollars and are too small to be worth keeping track of (they expire quickly and without notice)
Waited in line forever. Then I ordered light roast coffee. Went to get the coffee and they were out. The gentleman behind the counter said he was too busy to get me a cup by the drive through window. He was extremely rude abs condescending. I have been there many times but today the last a customer. No more for me.
