After several years, Panera has brought back the chicken and wild rice soup. I'm so glad they have and they serve it more than one day a week. Although their bakery items deplete as the day goes on, the food is fresh, hot, and delicious.
Food was good as always, but one of the managers seemed very disinterested when I told her the men's bathroom was out of soap. She may have changed it, I don't know, but later she brought our food to the table and she was rather curt. Maybe she was tired from working all day? Who knows, but this was right in the middle of dinner time so step it up a little. I did like the layout of this location. Another oddity, there was a pickup truck just parked in front of the drive through line, perhaps to indicate they weren't doing drive thru service? How about some orange cones. IDK, just an overall odd experience at this location.
The other day my sister ordered online from this location. We wanted to get the party/group Mac n Cheese and online shows that we can select how many people are in the party. We selected 6 and when we saw it at our house we knew it was not enough for 6. My sister called the location and they said the party/group mac n cheese is only for 4 people. She asked "then why is there an option for how many people can be in the group?" They said "we can't just give you more for free". No where online shows that the max is 4 people and they basically over charged us for the food.
Busy as always. I got chipotle chicken avocado sandwich, which was pretty good and not spicy but a little sweet from the peppers. I like hibiscus drinks. The bread is always a fave. The menu has so many diverse things to choose from. The service is ok. I think they were placing a few of us on to-go just to speed things along?? Idk. It was less convenient. The front server staff seemed distracted and not that friendly tbh. I'd probably explore other eatery options than go back any time soon.
This location seems to have a good crew but the company got rid of the SmokeHouse turkey a few years back and I'm still kind of mad about it.
Been going to Panera for years. All their food is good!
The Flatbread pizza and the green tea. This is my once a week treat! Because I deserve it. They always make it right for me.
If you like overpriced food in small amounts, sometimes cold. This might be the place for you. Even with the self-serve kiosks, I often have to wait longer than I would like due to staff shortages and people who just can’t decide. The only reason I come here is to meet friends who like it. The one positive thing is the more private dining area.
I want to start by saying that Panera Bread has amazing food! Lately I’ve been very disappointed in serving sizes. Tonight I ordered a couple of Cobb salads to go. When I pulled the dressing out to pour over my salad this is what I found. I don’t even know if there was a single teaspoon of dressing in each cup! Come on Panera, for what you charge you can at least cover enough dressing to put on a salad. Very disappointing.
Well I just ordered a large coffee, 2 sesme bagel, Chipotle Chicken Avacado Sandwich. And surprisingly the cooking staff left a cheese wax-plastic paper in the sandwich. Which is extremely gross negligence. Unacceptable at any cost. I couldnot eat the rest of the sandwich. I hope Panera train your cooking crew adequately. I do not know, If it deserve one star either!!??
