I ordered a seared chicken sandwich, that cost 11.00. It came with a bag of chips. No drink. I believe the chicken is processed meat. It was awful. I wanted to take it back and get my money back but it was raining and I was starving so I ate what I could. The bread was cold and thick, not toasted. I had been there a few days before for a grilled cheese sandwich. I don't understand why they don't toast the grilled cheese sandwiches at any of the Restaurants. You must request it. I think I need to just stay out of your Restaurants. They are overpriced and the quality of your food is less than ateable.A few days before that I ordered a full strawberry chicken salad and it was awful. The manager explained that the chicken comes in frozen and if they don't allow it to completely thawing it doesn't turn out right. Your food is not cheap. Your service needs improvement.
I like their food and everything tastes good, but I posted a picture of the soup in a bread bowl and it’s so ridiculous that you serve a big bowl of bread with hardly any soup in it. Now I know it DOES NOT look like that when you purchase the soup inside and eat it there. So really I expect it to be the same way. And this is the second time I’ve gotten a cup. The first time I just didn’t come back because I was already at work. This time the employee really didn’t care. And I spend at least $70-$100 every time I come for multiple employees. Keep this up and we will not be back.So now I’ve noticed when you ask for a small side of cream cheese they just give you the large. Was wondering why my order was so high after I paid. I specifically said small too.
The sandwiches are always good. I tried a cup of their mocha coffee. It was surprisingly good. The staff were friendly and service about average.
Just paid $14.18 for this half sandwich & half salad. Tasted terrible!!!!
I was suprised how attentive the staff was. Our food was good, but the staff was even better.
Eat here almost every Monday morning. Great people and good food. Coffee is roughly 1000 degrees.
Little disappointed. I ordered to go. Got me a Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT. Got home and took a bite of the sandwich, tasted bit weird. Opened up the sandwich, missing the most important part, the Roasted Turkey! I paid for that sandwich, and got just a BLT. Bit disappointed, didn't have time to drive back to get it rectified at that time. They did fix it when I went back the next day and re-made the sandwich for me. Unfortunately, I believe this sandwich would be better on a different type of bread.
Great food. Service wonderful. Servers also kind enough to clear my table as I sat here writing this out. The Setting is so pleasant. Relaxing and quiet. Why not a perfect score? Not a fan of open air displays of food. The soufflé, delicious as it was and convenient as well, seeing flies buzzing nearby didn't settle well with me. We are in OK, granted. Still. Ehhh
My first text message from my daughter who is flying in from Honalulu Hawaii, was that she had landed safely in Oklahoma City. My next text message which I swear could only be 40 minutes later, was that she was at Panera Bread. Just that statement should tell you, she lives for Panera Bread. I think this was one of the hardest adjustment she made when she moved to Hawaii 8 years ago. Shortly after that 2nd text, my wife and my son who had come up from Montgomery ,Alabama, were all sitting at the Panera, getting reacquainted and ordering. My daughter, because of her excitement, was first with an order of some sort of tossed salad with crispy apples. She said it was so good it made you happy inside. My son got a flat bread pizza and my wife and I both got cups of creamy broccoli soup and salads. Even if she wasn’t there to watch her son graduate from boot camp, from the smile on her face, I think the salad that had crispy apples on top and made her feel happy inside was worth the 3744 mile flight.
Yummy breakfast. Courteous staff. Pumpkin muffins are quite yummy.
