Panera's service was unacceptable! I was shocked for the prices they charge - ridiculous. Ordered curbside pick up via app. Work downtown. Drove from downtown. Order was supposed to be ready @ 12:50 per app. Pull in to curbside. Waited 10 minutes. 1:10 - I go in. Went in to get order and told not ready, then told it was not ever "supposed" to be ready by 12:50. Worker behind counter stated to a manager "her order was ready - you told me to put it back." Total chaos in store. Long lines of people. Plenty of staff. Seems like no organization or leadership of managers in this store. Wasted 24 miles of gas & my lunch hour. Won't be back.
Panera on Northwest Expressway is my go-to Panera Bread. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and of course the food is always delicious. I highly recommend the Warm Bowls! I also love that they have new options for the Unlimited Sip Club, which now includes various flavored lemonades, as well as the usual coffee, tea and soft drinks. I often drink decaf coffee and recently had to request that the decaf urn be refilled. It took quite some time before that was taken care of, but when I reported it to the cashier, she immediately offered to make me some and even bring it out to me when it was ready.
The past few months I have literally spent hundreds of $ at Panera (after getting sick all that sounded good was their chicken noodle soup for forever). But you get very little soup for the price. Sometimes the proportions of broth to noodles and chicken is crazy, like 2 pieces of chicken crazy. I tried saying something last time to the cashier who took my order, but was met with a bit of rudeness. But the soup, and all their food, is delicious. But just to give rough prices, I spend about $20 for 2 smallish soup bowls that include baguette pieces on the side...
We have been enjoying the food, and atmosphere of Panera's, which I would recommend to everyone, thank you Panera's.
The staff was friendly and kind. The only problem I have is I went there specifically for the broccoli cheddar bread bowl and they charged me for it. But didn’t put in the bowl. Which is highly frustrating when I was buying it specifically for my sick boyfriend. Other than that the food I received was amazing.
Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and quick to serve customer. Food is always good and great assortments of beverages. Great place to dine, work or just relax.
Had a special place for to go orders. It was quick and easy to get our food and go.
Wow just incredible service! Paige the manager is very efficient. She handled an upset customers huge return with no issue and had him laughing by the time the order was done. Rexy helped make my stay feel special as well! I will be returning.
Went there for a latish lunch. No problem finding seating. Food was perfect temperature and delicious. I had the creamy chicken and wild rice soup and 1/2 of a tuna salad sandwich. Both were delicious. My wife had a Caesar salad & a grilled steak and white cheddar sandwich. She enjoyed hers too. Great experience!
Came with two picky kids and had a fantastic meal. We shared multiple plates and everything was a hit. Left stuffed and happy!! Facilities were clean and customer service was great.
