We were very pleased with our recent trip to PF Chang. Our food was really good and the service was very good.
I was happy with our first visit, not only with most of our meal, but with the service we received from our waiter, Michael. He was attentive and considerate. We loved the egg drop soup and my mom liked the pork egg rolls, I was unable to try them as they aren't gluten free. I had the beef with broccoli and substituted the fried rice. The beef and broccoli was better than anything I could get store bought, but my disappointment lies with the fried rice. As good as it looked, it lacked the flavor that the rest of our meal provided. Overall, I was satisfied with my gluten free options. We might be back a second time to try their dessert.
First off this place is pretty pricey. But, It os very good none the less. I really enjoyed the hot and sour soup had great flavor and wasn't overly full of other ingredients like at some other places. Everything came out in a very timely manner. Restaurant was clean and well kempt. My server was.very attentive. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
The food is great, and they have a decent amount of gluten free options with a dedicated gluten free area/utensils in the kitchen. They seem to be a bit understaffed at the moment, however, and service is rather slow. The waiter had a bit of trouble keeping up with our table, though it wasn't terrible.
Service and food exceeded expectations - as usual.
We walked in without a reservation and were seated immediately despite it being lunchtime and they were decently busy. We were offered drinks within a minute of sitting and had our drinks and sushi within 10 minutes. The food was hot, crisp, flavorful, and worth the money. Our waiter was polite and attentive. Well done :)
For sitting in, I would give it a 5 stars but for TAKE OUT.. I would have to give a 3 star, for $25 for one meal and 1 egg roll the portion were so tiny compared to eating there, I was a little disappointed and decided I will only go if I can sit in and eat.
The food was perfect and if I could have left the cook a tip I would have, but the service was horrible. It was my twin and I 23rd birthday and the waiter denied us the option of purchasing a alcoholic beverage during our family celebration and also tried to tell my mom what she can and can’t order by bringing her a menu that has less desired food options. From the moment we walked in and that particular sweet waiter kept staring at my family and I in a very not so friendly way I knew when he walked to our table as our waiter it was going to be a problem.
Service and food exceeded expectations - as usual.
Was my 1st time going there for my birthday with some girlfriends only because my Chinese place retired and closed their doors, I think it was really pricey for the food. And then they charged extra for fried rice that really had no flavor . I could honestly say the best thing was the dessert I guess they were called banana egg rolls or something like that, And they were actually free because of my birthday. Don't really think I'll be going back there. Also the service was great though.
