We quit coming to this location for years over the restaurant's quality of service. One day we met friends there and Jake ended up being our waiter. He was wonderful, and the quality of the food had improved ten fold. We now dine at the NW Expressway store weekly. Jake is the main reason, but we do like the food. He no longer waits tables every night, but he is still there and it brings us great joy to see him.

Outback was amazing! We were not disappointed as we celebrated Mother’s Day together as a family. Upon arrival we were seated immediately- no wait time! John was our server, and his customer service and attention to detail was top-notch. He treated us like family. Our food was served promptly and cooked to perfection. John checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure Mother’s Day was a success. I would highly recommend Outback to all of my friends and family…request John! ?
We stopped in for a late lunch a few days ago. What a very inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The food was great. John was our server. He went above and beyond what I expected. He was so kind and friendly. He took great care of us. I highly recommend stopping in.
This was a great take out experience. Food was hot and the steak was rare like I asked it to be. Silverware included and bread as well. It was nice.
Had an awesome experience at this particular Outback today. I haven’t been to an Outback in about 12 years and this was only my 2nd ever time eating at one. The food was phenomenal and the service was top notch! Eric was great! I hope he always gets the best section and even gets to choose which shifts he wants to work. Even if you don’t swing by for the classic bloomin’ onion, the delicious steak, or the surprisingly killer Aussie twisted ribs, stop in knowing that Eric D will hook you up with an excellent meal and even better service!
Very good service even for a busy crowded Valentine’s Day night. We didn’t have to wait at all for a table and our server was very attentive and sweet. So good. Service on point! Can't remember guys name but he was awesome and fun and didn't act like we were inconvenient to his day. His name is john sneed or different name , actually I forgot his name lol .Food was cooked properly and was very tasty. Our food was fresh, fast and great quality. My wife and I love the Aussie Twisted Ribs and ribeye! Thank you for making our night special! Honestly best steak of my life. So juicy and tender it melted in my mouth.
We ate here while visiting family. What an incredible experience!! The food was hot, delicious, and perfectly cooked. The restaurant was very clean, too. But the best part of the dinner was our fantastic server, Hannah!! She made us feel so welcomed. and did everything perfect to ensure a great visit! We'll come back and always request her!!
We decided to eat out tonight to celebrate our daughter and were blown away by John’s exceptional hospitality. His friendly personality combined with prompt service and attentiveness while juggling other tables during dinner rush is a breath of fresh air compared to service we have experienced at other restaurants in the last year.Even though we had an issue with our order, kitchen error and sometimes that happens - we’re only human- John and the manager quickly fixed the error and we continued having an excellent dinner. Will definitely come back! Everyone should request John when they visit!
