I’ve been a fan for years. Since JD left the quality has just gone down. I hate to say it but it’s true. Went in today service wasn’t that great, steak didn’t seem as good, salad lettuce was awful which is a shock. Also seems like they changed their butter. Worst was the steaks have increased in price by like 40%. I get increasing prices if quality is going to stay the same but not the case. Very disappointing I’ve loved it forever and worked here in highschool. The cheese fries and ranch were still really good. Sad to see what’s happened.
Such a great family time - Brian was the best. We have a large family and a son with autism..he rarely wants to get out - Brian is always amazing with him - We feel blessed - time well spent
We’ve been on a healthier eating quest and was wanting a good steak. We hadn’t tried Outback for years and saw they were open for lunch. We are glad we gave it another go. Our food was delicious. We ordered two orders of mushrooms and one would have been plenty for both of us, just something to consider. Kelly was attentive and helped us order according to our eating plan. We highly recommend!
It is always a pleasure to come to Outback. We have been coming here for approximately 15 years. The service is always excellent and the food is excellent. Best place to get a wonderful steak; especially if Armando is working. Megan and Joe are always very pleasant as well as being great bartenders. Ericka the proprietor is very friendly and courteous. She strives to make sure customers are satisfied . We have made numerous friends and we always enjoy going there.

The wait time to get a table is awful especially since there were tables available. Ordered drink and it took 15 minutes to get drinks. Ordered the steak dip and asked for more chips. We got the extra chips at the end of our meal. We ordered our food and it took 45 minutes for our food to come out. I didn't even eat it. I asked for a to go box. Looking at the staff, none of them acted liked they wanted to be there. I understand long days and busy days. But at least smile. Spent over $100 and will never go back to this place again. They are lucky the person I was with is generous with tipping because I definitely wouldn't have tipped. If I could give a negative star rating I absolutely would.
My husband and I had no Reservations showed up and was told it would be at less 30 minutes to be seated at the table it wasnt even 15 mins before the called us . Got to our table and or Server was Logan now let me tell you this man was very polite and waited on us because we couldn't make up our mind what we wanted so he showed us respect and gave us a few mins came back and took our order he was on point with everything one of the best server we have seen in a long while . We didnt have to ask for refills he had them on the table before we was even 3/4 done .when our food got to the table everything looked so amazing and tasted amazing everything was very delicious and on point we are give outback , food ,and our sever a 5 star weDefinitely will be back
Where to start. Multiple open table and yet there’s a wait. Server was not working for a tip wine glass were dirty along with the silverware. For a $25- 30 steak, it should have been better. Manager needs to have the staff meeting and tell employees to get a better attitude. Will go to Texas Roadhouse in the future. Or better yet the Ranch.
This outback is the best! The service and the food was awesome. Ally, our waitress, was extremely polite and took care of us the entire time. Our table was always clear of dishes, she made sure our drinks were full and our food came out fast. Thank you guys so much!
The Outback Steakhouse NEVER disappoints. My daughter and I went after an exhausting drive back from the holidays festivities. We sat at the bar area because for a Monday, this place was packed. I could see the excitement on the faces of both the patrons coming in to eat and those that were headed out the door after their meal. Everyone looked happy and satisfied. To me that means not just great food, but good prices, atmosphere, and an enjoyable staff. All of these reasons are why I love o.b.s.h..
