Highly disappointing and I usually love OTB. VERY long wait despite plenty of tables open. Took a very long tilt to get our food. Inconsistent: brought me a glass of beer but for the same price brought my friend a glass and a full bottle. Ordered Monterey Ranch Chicken and got what legit looked half eaten. Manager basically mocked me for expressing discontent. Brought me another sliver of chicken drenched in cheese after about 20 minutes.
The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. My daughter just got released from the hospital and figured we would grab something to eat before driving home. The lady up front was nice, seated us great. However, the waiter was the worst I've ever experienced. Never once checked on us, never asked if we needed refills or boxes, I tried to let him know the only silverware I had was a knife and ended up getting ignored until I got up and got it myself.
Great place for family dinner or just for a few drinks.. the place is always clean the times I have been in there and the service has been good. The drinks are pretty good as well. Love sitting outside drinking a nice cold one and just enjoying the good weather.
I have been standing at the host station for over half an hour. We still have not been recognized by a single employee. The incompetence and laziness displayed is remarkable. I guess they should take pride in what they’ve accomplished. There are hundreds of restaurants in the area- having the worst service of all is quite the accomplishment.
Food was lukewarm. Server was friendly, just swamped. Not very clean. Very disappointed, as I remember going there many years, with positive service, hot food, great value. Kitchen staff weren't wearing hairnets or gloves.
This is the most accommodating On The Border in the OKC area with the most pleasant staff. They have been short staffed at times like everybody else, but always friendly and great management! I just wish this chain would provide more vegan options like other chains have done. They have a large selection for vegetarians but there aren't any vegan dishes.
It took a little while to be seated (2 person party at lunchtime) but once we were, we were well taken care of and the food was good. At this time they have a $5 melon margarita special but our waitress stated that they only received the melon once, so the $5 special was just a plain margarita.
I’m in town for business and ordered to-go. I waited 45 minutes for my fajitas and when I got back to my hotel, the little container you get with the cheese, sour cream and guacamole was missing. I mean, it’s one thing if you forget the beans or the rice but those items are integral to a fajita. Pretty disappointed. I called the restaurant and Sean answer the phone and apologize and refunded my card the money that I paid for the extra sour cream and extra cheese that I didn’t get it. Really stinks to wait 45 minutes for an order and then it be so disappointing.
We ordered our food and had it delivered. The food was amazing if though we did not get our rice and beans.
Even though the place was visably understaffed the service and quality was second to none! I wish I remembered our servers name, but we even complimented how amazing the food looked picture perfect and tasted as good as it looked! Whatever staff you had Saturday evening around 8pm was Top Notch! We had food drinks and desert and can't point to ANYTHING that wasn't what you pray for when you go out for a meal! Can't say enough about this experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
