Some girl with blue hair and a bad attitude closed up early when I asked her about it she said they were closed and continued to load up her 4 drinks and close up and walk out in front of me at 5:50 pm with all four drinks ?while everyone else wa still open. Change the hours online.Should just close for good since EVERYTIME I come in at 5 or 6 pm they are closed. But online it says they close at 7 and weekdays 9 pm and all the other food places ar open in the mall.
Worst customer service! No greeting no smile nothing!! drink was great!! The girl didn’t even stick around. Upon arrival I stood there a few minutes while she finished her conversation with the other Barista. Than she walked to register and just looked at me, I ordered she rang it up and told me the amount. I gave her exact amount she took it and walked away. Nothing said!! The Barista who made my drink was very nice and told me to have a nice day!
Rude service not even a hello walking in and coffee is subpar at best.

honestly have never had a bad experience or been unimpressed with my drinks, service, etc.today, my grandma, cousin &’ i went to get some drinks after walking around the mall for a few hours, nobody was at the counter when we arrived so i knocked on the counter to get someone’s attention. no sign was left out to inform that whoever was working on the clock was out or on a break at the time. the lady walks out from the back and says i forgot to put my sign out, *proceeds to show us the sign and place it on the counter* then says “it’s fine i NEVER get to eat anyways”. Very unprofessional and i was not happy with the customer service we all received today.
I used to love this coffee shop. The workers are friendly and efficient. They sell delicious coffee beans and their drinks and desserts are good too. However, my absolute favorite drink was just their flavored brewed coffee. Their coffee machine has been broken for 3-4 months!! It’s a coffee shop and they haven’t fixed their coffee machine. They are nice enough to over Americanos but still :/

It was a pleasant surprise that the OKC Outlet Mall has a coffee shop. Only one person working, but polite and quick service! There was also a wide variety of coffee choices. After purchasing a cappuccino, shockingly, I did not scald my tongue on the first sip yet the coffee stayed nice and warm until I was finished.
I love this place. When ever I’m in the area I get coffee. Friendly ladies and delicious goodies also.
Stopped here for a coffee while passing through. Their wild honey and cinnamon latte was delicious!
