Got there when employees were still in the store. The refused to answer the phones or give us our already paid for cake because it was a few minutes after closing time. All they had to do was hand us the cake and the girls working were very snarky, rude and inconsiderate. INCREDIBLY disappointed and will not be returning.
The young girls working were very rude!!! They were still at the store when I showed up. I begged them to please just hand me my already paid for cake and they refused. They also began laughing as they left the store. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN.
I went to nothing bunt cakes and let me tell you the girl that was working the counter was so sweet, very polite and she had an answer for all my questions. I think her name was Hailey but I’m not sure. She had blonde hair. I wish everyone working in customer service was that polite and sweet.
Great place for yummy dessert, from their bundt cakes to their bundtinis there’s something for everyone. Nice variety of flavors plus seasonal specials. Got the strawberries and cream bundtlet and I can’t wait to try it.
Went once today. It was so cold I couldn’t stay long. I asked if they feared running customers off due to the cold and they said customers don’t stay long. I bought a mini cake. Not sure because I’ve gone in there.got in my car to eat the cake as I did errands. No fork. Stopped car and went in to ask for a fork so I wasn’t digging in with my fingers. They didn’t have a fork. Went to Jersey Mike’s to ask for a fork and they said they always give out forks because the cake place doesn’t for their customers to eat their cakes. Ate my cake. Won’t go back. Too cold. No fork to eat with and rude. A cake is a cake. I can live without it. Bye.
Finally a fantastic easy to find bakery. I purchased the snickerdoodle and white chocolate raspberry Bundt mini cakes. Moist and perfectly sweet and packed with flavor. The frosting was perfectly placed for such a cute appearance. Thank you and I will be back for many more.
Generally, I am not a fan of Red Velvet cakes where that is my daughter's favorite. She always wants one for her birthday and we try to oblige.The cake was fresh and didn't have any refrigerator/freezer taste that I get with a lot of bakeries. The cream cheese icing was also fantastic. A lot of places make the mistake of making their cream cheese icing too sweet.This was one of the best cakes I have had in years and everyone that we had try this cake agreed.I will have to try the Carrot Cake when my birthday rolls around in a few months.

My family has used this place multiple times. I can only describe it like if your grandma opened up a small bakery in her kitchen. Everything they make looks good, and tastes that much better. They staff, is nice, and friendly. You can call it in or you can walk in and order either way you won't be disappointed.
