I would give Nic’s a 3.5 if I could. The burgers were actually pretty good! However, the burgers are too thick for my preference. Also, the restaurant looks really nice inside, but it wasn’t cleaned well. Our table was sort of sticky, as well as the floor. They also were out of a couple of items on the menu. The burgers are good, not the best in OKC, but it’s definitely worth a try.

Went in once and they charged my card twice for the same purchase. After I brought it to their attention they stopped answering their phone and refused to return any of the voicemails I left. Terrible place run by terrible people. Spend your money somewhere else or risk paying twice for the same order.

1 server, she had to do everything, take care of 8-9 tables and seat people. Hell I think she had to prepare the food as well! We received our burgers 45 minutes later. No joke. Wasn't her fault. I expected better. This isn't our first time there but it was our longest slowest experience there. Other customers were upset. It's not unreasonable to expect better service. Food was good but not good enough to overlook the wait times especially during lunch hours. Management or the Owners get it together.

Not worth it. $32 for a burger and drink. Took over an hour to get food after we ordered. Burger was not what was ordered, but did not want to say anything and wait another hour.Another person in our party was not informed his Mac&cheese was not available until after we waited for an hour.Bartender was the only saving grace. She tried hard, but had ZERO help.Do not go!

We have been trying to get to the grill location. But, never manage to make it on time. Today we decided to try Nic's place. Reading the comments may make you want to sway away. Do not do it!! Go in for that lunch. But, be prepared. Yes it does take time to be seated. Yes it does take time to get your meal. Sabrina was our server. The only server upstairs. Once we were seated. It was all up hill. The burgers were some of the best I've had. They are juicy and cooked to your perfered temperature. I like mine well done. So I expected a 15 minute wait to get my meal. The fries were super hot and fresh. The only problem is the parking. But, we got lucky enough to park in there lot. There are maybe 6 spots. We were there at 1:30 this maybe the perfect time to enjoy this awesome spot.

I wish I could rate higher but as good as it was, it just didn't feel worth the price. The burgers are juicy and delicious but the buns quickly crumble from sogginess. I'd rather not pay a little more than I'd like for food that won't let me savor it.Atmosphere was great. It was chill and the music was nice BUT it was hard to hold a conversation because the volume fluctuated sometimes.I'm not opposed to going back because I really like the relaxed atmosphere.

The food was amazing as always. This was our 1st time to visit this location & there were 5 of us on our lunch hour. The waitress seemed slow & in no hurry to bring anything. One of the guys that was with us had to wait even longer to get his food. We were there for almost 2 hours on our 1 hour lunch. Need experienced waiters & the cook needs help.

I've been going to Nic's (mustard, cheese and everything?) for 20 years and have gone to Nic's Place several times since it opened, always at night. Today I took my family there for lunch at about 12:20. There were 4 other tables with people in them. The waitress took our drink order then waited about 15 minutes to take our food order. That was fine I guess. 20 minutes after that a different person refilled our drinks. 20 minutes after that we still hadn't received our appetizer and hadn't talked to our waitress since we ordered. Someone from the table beside ours started walking around trying to find the waitress for their appetizers. They were there before us. We ended up leaving and so did 2 other tables who also gave up. If there are problems with staffing or whatever that is fine, but tell us don't ignore us.I hate having to leave this review because Nic makes my favorite burger. I find it hard to believe he is aware of the bad service.

Less than impressed. We started with a very late arrival of our drink. Then when we ordered our food and half of the menu that was in front of us “was no longer available “ so we order, then get the salads, which were gross! Old lettuce and tomatoes that were soft from being outdated. Then the food, not great either. Additionally the waitress with bright red hair was irritated and saying cuss words under her breath but loud enough for us and our kids to hear as she walked by. Very disappointing. We paid $100+ for 4 people and will not be back.

Waited much to long for the server to take our order even though they were not busy. Took much too long to get our order and when we got it, it was either wrong or cold. I had Nic's signature burger which was difficult to eat (fell apart) and tasted average at best. I sure wouldn't put my name on that burger. I also ordered onion rings and they were cold. Yuck! My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger with tomato and mayo only and it came with no mayo and lettuce and the bacon seemed old. He also ordered fries but they brought onion rings. She brought him fries but they weren't fresh. We were overcharged for the onion rings we didn't order. A bad dining experience all around! We came here one other time soon after they opened and were underwhelmed so we thought we'd give them another try. There were all not be a third try.
