True traditional Mexican "snack" food! Cash only and reasonably priced !
So many flavors of ice cream! The aguas frescas are delicious, they have at least 6 flavors of fruits to choose from. I got a medium but it was still very large. The fresas con crema were so good and the strawberries were very fresh. The tables were clean and the employees were very nice. I’m not sure of the other experiences listed on here but our customer service was excellent. The younger woman that helped us was so sweet. They did not speak any English but that was absolutely not a problem. They are also cash only so be prepared.
Let us try multiple aquas frescas until we made up our mind. Everything was amazing but settled on horchata and Fresca. They were all very sweet and even made a shake similar to the aqua Fresca that was banana for my kiddo cuz he wanted one. We also got ice cream which was the best I've had ever. Everything is very yummy here and decent priced!
Easily a favorite! Will always stop when im in the area. Good snacks and good prices
Bad customer service food is great but employees just rude
Terrible, toilets clogged, dirty table, I was in line for 15 minutes all the workers just stayed in the back and talking! Would not recommend if you want to sit and and a light snack. Really doesn’t help the whole image of the south side
The best in all the city when it comes to getting fresh drinks. My personal favorite is the pecan water and their elotes are not too bad ( corn in a cup)
Customer service is pathetic! The ladies look so sour like they don't want to be there. The employees are without gloves and proper hand washing when handling food!
I've read a lot of reviews on this place and have been there several times by myself and with my teens.I can tell you in truth, yes; most of the employees there look like they really don't want to be there and are forced to work. Most are older Mexican ladies and really need customer service skills asap. No smiles, no nothing. It makes you feel like they want you to quickly order and be on your way. Maybe they're overworked. I have no idea what makes them act like that.There was one young lady last time I went that was very sweet and super nice and all smiles. I enjoyed her service.Other draw backs are that they only take cash, and prices are high. Their elote is not the best, but it's not bad. Their fruit waters are good, and their ice cream is delicious. I do recommend it because of the food and that one young lady who was super nice. But maybe the manager needs to see what's bothering their crew because they don't look happy to be there at all. Also, how about putting some music that way at least your employees can enjoy that.
Always fast Service.Cash Only. Snacks are always Fresh. Love their Limonada con Chia . Hot Cheetos an Cheese are Great . The variation of their ice cream bars an their ice creams chooses amazing. Love these place. It so word it.
