ordered take out, my chicken ceased wrap had about 2 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of lettuce- and had no dressing on it. Super disappointing
Always fast, courteous and delicious! My fave is the Club wrap with extra bacon!!! Top notch service every time!!!
I live in Clinton. Every weekend I go to Oklahoma City and my wife and I love McAlister's food; great food, good service and not expensive.
TaeOnna was very nice and greeted all customers walking in. She Learned how to do military tax exempt while attending me. Great customer service ?
We ordered for pickup. All of the hot and cold items were bagged together. We got it home and served the two-year-old his grilled cheese sandwich. It was awful. It looked and felt microwaved. The cheese was so hard the pieces of bread wouldn't stick together. When I called, the manager says it's made in a toaster oven. At least he could eat his broccoli. Panera it is for us.
Our 1st time there. Food was good. The tortilla soup was amazing.

Came here on my break, and let me start with saying that I usually get Panera. The manager was working the register didn’t greet me just stared into space waiting for me to order. Once my food was done she plopped my food on my keys and said “Here you go” , and jetted off. I looked through my order and wanted on another side of ranch. Went back to the counter and waited because there was one customer in front of me, after they left the cashier turned around to sip her drink.. After she sipped I said, “Umm excuse me” her back was still turned, so I said it again a little louder. Just inches away from the counter.. Got the ranch and the cookie, but my whole thing is you knew there was someone else standing in line and proceeded as you did /: First impressions matter, and my money was wasted. Definitely will not be back, because Panera would NEVER! (:

I got the King Club but the waitress didn't seem to know that was my sandwich or not. I mean I clearly had my number listed at my table that was given to me at the counter, but she still had questions as to whether it was my sandwich which was weird to me.
