Picked up our online order.Got it home. No salad. Called and talked to a manager.My choices were to come back and pick it up or get a refund. When I explained that we live 20 minutes away, but would come get it because only one of us has dinner now, no offer to do anything to make it right.Manager was very rude and acted totally put out when I questioned how she planned to make it right. She angrily said you can come get ot and I’ll give you a refund. Then she hung up on me. Unbelievable! Everyone makes mistakes buy their job to make it right so the customer wants to return.
Ordered online for curbside pick up. Waited 10 mins nothing. Wanted curbside because I had my 6 month old With and didn’t want to have to get her out of the car. She started getting upset since we waited so long. Went in waited another 10 for someone to bring Togo food out. Turns out mine had been done awhile ago but I had no idea since I ASSUMED it wasn’t read since no one brought it out to me. Will not be coming back to this location since you don’t understand what curbside is. Also I wish I could get my tip back because that’s a waste
Great location in a good area of town. Lots of businesses all around. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. The french dip was excellent. One of the best i have ever had. The meat was of good quality and the sandwich was hot and gooey. The 2 choice combo was the perfect amount for lunch. The ham and cheese potato was big and had a good amount of toppings. Only needed more butter. The butter te give you also needs to not be frozen. The different varieties of the teas arey favorite. Always strong enough and several flavors to choose from.

Consistently frustrated by this location. They are always understaffed. Yesterday it took forever just to get two drinks and a cookie because they had one employee running the whole counter at dinner time. They also don’t honor curbside when they say they will. Dining in is ok, but it’s also slow and annoying.
I never had bad experience in my life one girl didn't listen very well and also I'm hearing impaired. They didn't give me right order. Lucky the manager understand and she was apologize. Gave me 2 free cookies. This girl need step up or she cannot go back work. She never apologized to me. She has nasty attitude
This location is absolutely perfect for after Church lunch! The menu has a great selection for every family member! And ice tea never disappoints! Unfortunately, like most restaurants this location is very understaffed. Which means the lines are long and orders don’t always come hot.
The food was good but they messed up my order twice. The order was done through one of the delivery apps and it was missing half that order. Called the store and had to go pick it up. Pick it up and it was still missing stuff.
Don’t come after 9pm. For some reason they stop working and having customer service skills when it’s almost time to close. They might as well close earlier. Also i ordered the ultimate nachos and there weren’t any chips in the bag and when i asked for them she gave me a baby bag of chips that goes with the soups. Cashier was rude. Whoever worked 2/8/22 night shift.
I'm upgrading this review due to management's immediate response and going well above to make sure something like this does not happen. Their attention to this is very much appreciatedIf you can't get an order right why bother? Missing items from an online order just gets you. Think Joe PesciWill have to double check from now onLame
