Absolutely an amazing experience. The staff was so sweet. Unfortunately the AC has broken over the holiday weekend, but the employees are making the best of the situation. The customer service from them is absolutely exemplary, despite some of the other customers being rude to them about something out of their control. My family and I will definitely be returning to this establishment.
Tried this place for the first time.Flavor: the ice cream had a sour taste to it, the fudge was more like chocolate syrup.Customer service: fantastic, the people there were happy and quick to make the orders.Price: higher then what your pay at a Braums or other ice cream places.Pics looked great but the taste was subpar, I will not be returning.Flavor was Vanilla
This place used to be very clean and used to have a decent atmosphere. I haven't been here in about 7-8years. I took me and my family this past weekend and it was a very dirty place and the atmosphere has took a huge dip from what it use to be. Ice cream was average.
Ordered a simple chocolate shake. Received watery chocolate milk with whipped cream. Very disappointed.One week later: Tried the shake again. Just too runny. I guess that’s just how Marble Slab makes their “shakes.”

MSC staff was extremely busy but well mannered when they were servicing a large crowd. They were able to handle the crowd with dignity and respect. Amazing staff and employees that really know their responsibilities. Oh that was just coming through the door, once we were served Oh my DELICIOUS ? ice cream served just the way you asked with plethora of toppings. Thank you MSC for making our day creamy and enjoyable. 5☆ easy
After watching a movie a came here in hopes of some good ice cream and I was not disappointed.They have alot of interesting options including special types of mixes that looked really nice.I got the red velvet cake ice cream with nuts and snicker pieces in mine and it was good as it was sweet.
We were craving some great ice cream and this place didn't dissapoint! A little hard to find following the map on the phone but we finally found it. Very friendly staff.
