The waitress we had was amazing. It was our first time doing this and it was a great experience. I'd rather do this for Sunday dinner than cook at home. Staff helped us out as we're we're burning ? stuff ? pay attention your cooking your own food. But for 50 bucks you can eat all the steak you want for 90 minutes. Amazing deal we're we're stuffed in 20 minutes ? they won that round
Ate here with my siblings. First I would like to say the waiter was very attentive. The food was delicious 10/10. We enjoyed our meal everything was great, until my sister was finishing her food she found a small bug crawling in her lettuce. She smashed it and spit out her food of course we all stopped eating. I notified the waiter and showed him and he just said "oh, I'm sorry about that. Are you ready for your check?" Also talked with someone who said he was a manager. He gave some excuse about the lettuce and that was that nothing else. Nothing else was done. I refrained from causing a big scene and grossing out the customers, hoping it was just an accident and they would go pull the lettuce from the salad bar, but no they didn't even check it. We paid for our food and left. Pretty grossed out, and a little annoyed. I used to work in the food industry and this never would have been acceptable.
Excellent service , great quality food . Very happy with the experience!
We absolutely LOVE this place! We live in Moore and still opt to go ahead and drive there as oppose to just up the street. They have a buffet style set up for all the side yummies you can add to your grill. All the beansprouts and kimchi you can handle, fresh veggies, and if course the meats you choose. Depending on the day and time the price fluctuates. If I remember right it ranges between $20-28. Great service, very tentative but not over baring. Plus it's fun to cook up your own food right there at your table! I definitely recommend Maple, you won't be disappointed!
Over price $$$$ is not worth $29 , they charge for the drinks and ice cream is $3 extra , they charge if you waste 7 pounds of food, the spicy pork belly way to spicy, there’s a limit time of 90 minutes to finish cooking you food , I am sorry but I don’t like this place food is not that great ??
Nothing special really. The sides and salad dressing are a little sad. You get charged for a whole list of meats, when in reality, you can really barely manage going through 3 plates twice and there was 5 of us. My youngest ate absolutely no meat, my daughter but one piece, but because she’s tall we paid adult price for her. And then they want to charge 3 dollars extra for ice cream. The spicy pork belly was gross. We love spicy, but that tasted aweful. There is no other dessert on the buffet. Not returning.
Food was good price was good server was good! Only thing is a creepy man cleaning around starting but other then that I give this place a 8/10.
I couldn't honestly recommend a Korean BBQ unless you are willing to play a big price in the states. Don't get my wrong it was delicious but not $200 delicious for 4 people delicious. Especially since you cook everything yourself. You could easily do this at home for much much cheaper. If you're ok with paying a pretty penny then I would recommend this place but make sure you can eat your money in meat. The staff was always check up on us, helped us very well and kindly for a group of people who hasn't ever done this kind of thing, and keep changing out our cooking plate for a new one. The meat was good and the seasoned meat even better. The sauce bar is lacking but a good selection of vegetables. I want to give 5 stars if it wasn't for the price.
If you've been to a Korean BBQ before, you know what to expect (you cook your food yourself at your table). Great selection of meats to choose from: beef including steak varieties and boneless ribs, chicken, pork, seafood, and even some spicy versions. Then there is a large salad/sides bar to add vegetables, noodles, spices, etc to your entrees. All you can eat. Price was reasonable at about $24 per person (before taxes and tip of course) for the regular tier featuring a large selection of entrees to choose from. We had 4 adults so we were given the choice of 2-3 entrees at a time. You cook the meat and sides at your table yourself. The servers come by ask if you would like some more entrees to start after you cook the first round, and continues all you can eat. The staff was great. Very friendly, attentive, helpful. They also come by and change out the cooking tray with a fresh clean one as needed. Definitely one of the best restaurants of its kind in OKC.
We always have great service & great food at Maple!!
